Enjoyable cruise   0 , Australia, Apr 2024
An enjoyable cruise but it took hours to get everyone off at Phillip Island. We had priority but some people couldn't get off until 4 hours after we anchored at 8:15am. Makes it a very short visit when you need to be back on by 4pm. The food on the ship could be a lot better, and the bar service was quite slow at times. The suite was spacious.
Beautiful Bali   0 , VIC, Australia, Apr 2024
Booking through Global Journeys was a smooth process. This tour gave me new experiences and adventure. My room in Nick's Pension Hotel, Ubud, had ants and cockroaches! The remaining hotels are of average standard. Our tour guide was helpful and approachable.
Enjoyable cruise   1 , Australia, Apr 2024
Generally an enjoyable cruise. The suite was spacious, the service was good. But the food on P&O could be a lot better. The buffet really is pretty poor and even the restaurant food could have a lot more variety. The menu changes a lot less than on the previous cruise.
Legend of the Balkans     0 , NSW, Australia, Apr 2024
We had a great time on this river cruise despite Emirates losing our luggage, which we didn't get back until the last day of the cruise. Tracey was helpful when flights were cancelled in Dubai (this was mayhem) and we missed 2 days in Bucharest due to this. We got to the boat just in time. The cruise director, Roland, looked after dealing with our luggage ...read more and the hotel manager, Nicu, made sure our clothes were cleaned and returned to us in the morning. We were able to purchase clothes at the next port. This was our first river cruise. We thought there would be a lot of elderly on board but it was a good mix, but mostly retirees. Our french balcony room was great, cleaned daily and spacious. The food was nice and excursions enjoyable. We would definitely do another river cruise.
Best of Greece with Celestyal cruise   0 , NSW, Australia, Apr 2024
Highly recommend to combine the best of Greece with a Celestyal cruise, ideally after but either way will be well worth it. Overall taste of Greece, by Land and Sea.
Fast paced but covered the main attractions     0 , NSW, Australia, Apr 2024
This was a great tour which covered all the major highlights - I chose this tour to give my grandchildren a taste of UK & Europe history. It was a great choice. We had a great time.
A Good Introduction to Asia   0 , SA, Australia, Apr 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on Azamara Journey. The staff and food were excellent. We stopped at a couple of ports in Japan and then visited Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. We went on shore excursions at most ports, some through the cruise line, others we arranged privately, which we preferred as the groups were much smaller and we had ...read more a more personal experience. Our favourite place was Da Nang in Vietnam. Global Journeys made the booking simple, helped when we had issues with the Azamara web site, and as usual got us a very good deal. Thank you.
I’m a Ponant fan!   0 , ACT, Australia, Apr 2024
Loved everything about our Ponant cruise. Excursions were well organised and having a Ponant crew member as support was a big plus. Restaurant staff were charming and service was impeccable. Quizzes, dance lessons and shows were a lot of fun. We specifically loved the ambience of a small ship. So great, even my teenage granddaughter had the best ...read more time and never bored. Highly recommended!
Great trip     0 , NSW, Australia, Apr 2024
Celestyal cruises and Best of Greece; highly recommend both are done, ideally the cruise after but doesn’t matter it was great. Global Journeys made the planning and booking easy.
Glimpse of Europe - Fast paced trip but worth it   0 , QLD, Australia, Apr 2024
The trip did meet our expectations of seeing a glimpse of Amsterdam, Germany, Switzerland and Paris. Some of the optional experiences are worth taking specially the Cabaret in Paris. All hotels were comfortable except the City Hotel Brunnen in Switzerland. Our room has a tiny bathroom with the wash basin in the bedroom. A hotel at Luzern would have ...read more been preferable. Special mention and thanks to the Restaurant staff at the Hotel NH Weinheim, Germany for preparing special gluten free meals for my coeliac condition.

Our Tour Director Steve is exceptional, sharing his knowledge of history of the countries and well-organised in making sure we make the most of our time in each city. The cold and wet weather in April did not dampen the mood of our small group and we still got to see the main attractions. We came home with happy memories. 😊
