Tour was very good. Tour leader and driver are very knowledgeable and funny. The tour is very busy, not much time to yourself to explore. Some hotels were very good and others were poor in comparison. Meals were good but for us too late in the evening. Overall I would recommend this tour for aviation enthusiasts.

The 15 day Coach Tour with Grand Pacific Tours was very worthwhile doing and most enjoyable. We would recommend travellers understanding the itinerary, as quite busy but full of exciting adventures and sightseeing in a comfortable coach, very upmarket accommodation and stupendous food. Our expectations were realised and would recommend this tour for anyone adventurous.
This is a wonderful tour of New Zealand - the Ultimate Coach was a great way to travel and worth every cent - so much space and so comfortable. The hotels and all the included meals were really top quality and Lindsay our driver/tour guide was the icing on the cake...cant recommend this tour highly enough.

Going to New Zealand had been on our bucket list for many years, and the trip with Grand Pacific fulfilled all of our expectations. Our tour leader, Peter, and driver, Craig, were a delightful team. The itinerary was packed full and the food and accommodations were first rate. We really appreciated the tour including both North Island and South Island. read more It was like two vacations in one! We also appreciated the periodic free days and dinner times. It afforded us the opportunity to book two independent wine tours during our free time in Auckland and Queensland. We also toured Reccarton House and Bush in Christchurch on our own.
We've been on coaches with more cramped seating and found the smaller coach size - 32 seats - a real treat. Booking through Global Journeys led us to having a lot of Aussies on board. We learned a lot about Australia, which was a bonus. Absolutely nothing negative to say ... great trip!

Our tour through Grand Pacific was amazing. For 16 days we toured north & south of New Zealand & marvelled at the countryside. Lakes. Rivers & ocean views. We traveled in an elite motor coach with only 20 people who we became friends with. The coach driver made out trip, Todd Jones, youre the best. Brielle was friendly & professional answering all read more our questions & even accomodated our date changes twice. We would do it again in an instant!

From the moment I booked this tour, Global Journeys and Grand Pacific Tours swung into action with professionalism to setup my individualised itinerary. They were excellent. The tour coach was very comfortable. The Coach Captain was very knowledgeable and professional. He was always available and happy to help with anything. The itinerary was an read more excellent mix of scenery, local culture and local experiences. The accommodation and meals were very good. I was treated like a VIP through the whole tour. Tracey at Global Journeys made sure that everything ran smoothly and communicated very well. I had a great time. Highly Recommended.

This tour was very well organised and run. The coach, the hotel accomodation and the meals were all of a very high standard. Sue, the tour leader, did a great job under sometimes very trying circumstances. Some of the more elderly members of the group could be very demanding at times, but Sue managed to keep them all (mostly) happy. The itinerary was read more very well thought out and we saw most of the really amazing sights of the South Island. Younger people (and men) may well prefer a demographic profile that suits them better.
Thoroughly enjoyed the trip, Grand Pacific are a very experienced tour operator, the driver and tour director worked hard each day to ensure everything went well. We traveled 3,963 kilometers and saw and did so much in our short time in this beautiful country.
After a disappointing start (nobody met me at the airport when I arrived) the tour was fantastic. Good quality hotels, great food, excellent driver/guide and plenty of optional trips to choose from.
A few days ago our holiday with Grand Pacific ended in Auckland. This trip was really an allround introduction to wonderful New Zealand. The luxury of the coach and the hotels was very much appreciated. Our guide/driver, Linda C. was a perfect host and chauffeur and she was very caring. We enjoyed the company of an international group of fellow read more travellers. Its difficult to mention highlights , there were enough. Grace at Global Journeys was very helpfull, answered all our questions usually within 24 hrs.

We booked this tour after a friend recommended Grand Pacific tours. Global Journeys and another vendor came up as the nominated booking agents, I reached out to both. I am so pleased I booked with Global Journeys. From my first interaction with Grace everything was effortless. Grace took the time to understand my travelling needs, my family composition read more and was upfront with what was included as well as what to expect. I live in regionally WA and Grace even arranged for our tour information and paperwork to arrive early given it was over the festive season and mail is slow where I live. It arrived in perfect time!
The tour Ultimate South Island of NZ was brilliant. We saw key highlights in all the areas, and had time to explore as well as plenty of optional tours available if we chose. We booked the helicopter flight over the glaciers and had the opportunity to land in and spend time in fresh snow. We also were lucky enough to see Mt Cook, the weather was favourable. The glow worm caves were another highlight, as was the jet boat experience. Our tour guide Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He grew up in Dunedin so was well versed in everything the South Island had to offer. The coach was incredibly comfortable and , and the hotels on point, everything was organised and effortless for us. Highly recommend Global Journeys and Grand Pacific, cannot wait to book our next trip!

Our tour leader/driver Todd was fantastic. He had a great sense of humour who was able to entertain a bus full of Aussies. Todd made every effort to ensure everybody was able to visit the additional attractions they had nominated. The comfort on the coach was exceptional. Well paced covering both the North and South Island. Lots to see and do. All hotels read more were of a high standard and all meals provided allowed for every bodies diet requirements. Delicious! Highlight of the tour for us was landing in the snow.
Although this holiday was advertised as " luxury" I didn't expect too much. Boy! Was I wrong. All of the hotels were beautiful and had good rooms. The coach was luxurious. A full size coach but with 20 single seats each with its own console. Extra touches like a water bottle, headphones and mints. Travelling through the beautiful landscape was effortless, even the longer days. A well organised tour with a few minor Irritations( arriving at 8:30 am to find the museum closed). I would have loved to stay 2 nights in all the stops overs! A beautiful holiday.
Started with the wonderful smile of the meet and great at the Christchurch Airport at 12 am to the bag pick up and drop off, the well organized tours. The mazing tour Director- Vicki and our bus driver - Ben, Thank you. The helicopter landing on Franz Joseph Glacier. WOW. the crazy number of waterfalls in Milford Sound, the beautiful blue water and read more lakes, the buffet breakfast everyday and dinners, the great group of people and hospitality of the New Zealand people. OMG..
We absolutely loved our New Zealand holiday. The tour guide and leader were wonderful. A very comfortable coach. High quality hotels and meals right throughout the tour. We visited so many beautiful places. We highly recommend this tour.

This tour was an excellent way to experience the amazing sights and features of New Zealand. The itinerary was a good balance of popular attractions and lesser-known areas. The coach was very comfortable, and our “coach captain” (driver/guide) was superb.
A very enjoyable holliday for us. So many wonderful places to visit and our Tour Director and Coach Driver were so friendly and had a great knowledge of the areas we travelled through. We experienced some very extreme weather events but we were very well looked after. Our accommodation was perfect and the meals were 10/10. We would travel this way read more again as everyone on the coach tour was like a big family as we had so many opportunities to socialise.
The South Island Ultimate Grand Pacific Tour was wonderful. It was exceptionally well organised, the coach driver/ guide was fantastic and the accommodation and meals were very good.
From start to finish all went like clockwork. So well organised with fantastic tour driver and guide. Nothing was a bother. Accomodation was first class and food excellent. We were spoilt for choice. Would I travel with Grand Pacific again..... Yes.
Had a great trip, too many highlights to list! Very happy with Sam who organised my trip, went out of his way to fix any issues I had.
