We can not verify the accuracy of our travel operator's trip information and we can not warrant their accuracy or completeness.

You, 'the traveller' are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Travel Operator you choose to travel with. Links to each Operator's T&C's are provided on each Operator page (see 'Operators' menu at the top of the page).
You can pay your deposit to Global Journeys by credit card (1% CC fee applies) or straight into our bank account to avoid this fee. Full details are provided on your quote. Your non-refundable deposit is held by the Operator to secure your place(s). All prices, rates or fares provided on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Special conditions may apply to the prices on this website.
The prices shown on this website are per person, unless specifically indicated. Your trip is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us and your deposit (or full payment) has been made. In the case of billing errors, Global Journeys reserves the right to re invoice with correct pricing up until the Booking Confirmation is sent to you. You are entitled to a full refund of your trip deposit if you do not accept the changes.
Fees may be charged by the Operator of the tour, cruise line or river cruise company you have chosen to travel with when making changes or canceling your booking. Please read & refer to the individual Operators Terms & Conditions for applicable charges. (see 'Operators' menu at the top of the page).
An administration fee of $100 per person will be charged by Global Journeys (in addition to any Operator cancellation fee) when you choose to cancel your trip after your non-refundable trip deposit has been received by the Operator or Cruise Line. The Global Journeys cancellation fee also applies if you have opted to include Gold Seal Protection, Safetynet Protection, or APT/Travelmarvel Cover has been purchased.
If you choose to pay for any part of your trip by credit card, and a refund is due to you for whatever reason, the credit card fee is non-refundable.
Booking Your Own Flights
If you are booking your own flights, please don't book them until you have been notified by Global Journeys that your places on tour (or your cruise cabin) have been confirmed. If you are booking a land tour please also wait until we notify you that your departure date has been set to a 'definite/guaranteed departure' by the Operator.
All airlines impose cancellation and change penalties up to 100% for many discount tickets. All tour operators, cruise lines, and some resort hotels impose cancellation and change penalties, too. Please view the applicable rules before you make your reservations.
Flight delays are very common today. If your flight is delayed for any reason, the airlines are not required by law to pay for any expenses you may incur, such as meals, hotels, taxis and phone calls.
Check Your Itinerary
As soon as you receive your itinerary & travel documents, check through them thoroughly to make sure they are correct as to names, dates & times.
Schedule changes by the Operator are possible. We urge you to re-check exact flight times prior to departure and prior to your return.
If you book a trip, we must collect the tour Operator's or Cruise Line's deposit when the reservation is made. The amount of the deposit, the refund allowed, and the times for cancelling vary according to the Operator or Cruise Line. We do not endorse or recommend any particular Tour Operator or Cruise Line; our role is strictly limited to facilitating the booking.
For all tours & cruises, you must have made full payment before the Operator will release the tickets or documents.
Global Journeys strongly recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance. With some Operators it is compulsory to have travel insurance organised before travel documents are issued. Due to COVID-19 many travel insurance companies have paused sales as they prepare their offerings for the future of international travel. At present Cover More are providing Australian's with travel insurance that includes COVID-19 Benefits.
If you hold an e-gift card issued by Webjet Exclusives resulting from a prior booking, Webjet now offers the opportunity to redeem your Gift Card with Global Journeys.
(a) If you choose to use your Gift Card balance to pay for your trip, Webjet Exclusives will transfer to Global Journeys an amount from the available balance on your Gift Card to pay for the trip.
(b) The available balance on your Gift Card will be applied to your booking, covering the deposit (if applicable) and remaining cost of the trip. If the full cost of the trip exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, you will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the Gift Card balance using a method of payment accepted by Global Journeys at the time of booking.
(c) Any unused balance remaining on your Gift Card will continue to be governed by Webjet Exclusives’ terms and conditions of card issue. The transfer of funds from your Gift Card balance to Global Journeys is irreversible.
(d) In the event you cancel the trip or the Operator cancels or postpones the trip, the Gift Card amount and any other funds received will be held in credit with Global Journeys, less any Operator cancellation charges (if any apply as per the Operator's Terms and Conditions). No refunds will be issued but will be held in credit to be used against future trips.
Please ensure you carefully read your invoice, tickets and all other documents we send to you as soon as you receive them, and contact Global Journeys immediately if any information appears to be incorrect. We will not accept any liability if you fail to notify us of any inaccuracy in any document within 14 days of us sending them to you.
While we will do our best to rectify any changes made outside this time, it is your responsibility to meet any additional costs which may be involved, except in the case of an error made by the Operator and where there is reasonable justification for you not contacting us within the specified time.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents including, but not limited to, passports, visas and vaccination certificates are valid and subsisting. We strongly recommend that you verify current documentation requirements and all other relevant protocols and procedures associated with your trip with your Travel Advisor. Please note requirements change and you must check with your Consulate for the most up to date information.
Passports must have an expiry date of at least six months after completion of the trip.
When you enquire with us, we ask if you have any pre-existing conditions which may impact your ability to travel, or participate on the trip. If you answer yes, then a "Health a Mobility" questionnaire will be sent to you by your Travel Advisor. It is your responsibility to complete this and to forward onto the Operator. Please refer specifically to your Operators T&C's pertaining to "Travellers Who Need Special Assistance on Tours and/or Cruises"
