We enjoyed our cruise although we do prefer the Princess Royal class of cruise ship, as the Diamond Princess doesn’t have a large Piazza with cafe, no concierge lounge and not quite as many facilities. November was a great time of year to see the Autumn colour, Mt Fuji with snow on the top, plus the weather was perfect and we didn’t have any rain. The read more shore excursions were good, but very expensive. Once again a big thank you to Hannah C for organising everything and we highly recommend Global Journeys for a great booking experience.

We are now Platinum members with Princess and always find the cruise staff to be friendly and willing to help and please passengers. We cruised the Caribbean on the Island Princess which is a smaller ship compared with some of its sister ships. We did notice that the variety of food choices were not as wide as some other ships we have cruised with. read more Ports of call were fabulous, and we enjoyed not having to use a tender to reach ports. Georgie was great in handling our bookings and keeping us informed of changes to flights by United Airlines. We would recommend cruising with this company for a hassle free holiday. I’d like to thank Hannah from Global Journeys for her help and for answering all my questions so promptly. It was very reassuring having her to help us on our journey. The 9 Day Japan cruise on Diamond Princess was amazing from start to end. The onboard entertainment was incredible and the staff so welcoming and friendly. The variety of food was excellent. read more We had a wonderful time.
This is my second cruise package travelling for 19 days. We enjoyed our cruise very much throughout the entire trip. Everything worked perfectly. One thing I noticed, is that Princess are charging a very high rate for WiFi. It's should be decreased. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Thank you team Princess.

Definitely would travel with Princess again. The crew was very friendly and so were the other passengers. Highlights include whale watching, meeting the Huskies and their pups and going up the Tram. The ship was terrific. We enjoyed the buffet and the fun activities offered. Trivia was so fun! Ethan Battison is the best. He was so helpful with the booking read more from start to finish. Every port on this British Isles Princess cruise was fabulous.....the shore excursions were filled with history, gorgeous scenery and value for money. We would choose to do the British Isles again, as the cruise covers so much and we would do different excursions to enjoy different sights. The weather in July was lovely and we were lucky enough to read more have no rain.

We booked our Princess cruise around Norway and Iceland through Hannah at Global Journeys. Hannah has now coordinated several holidays for us and we couldn’t ask for better service anywhere. Everything is always promptly and meticulously organised. Hannah’s attention to detail is outstanding and ensures a very smooth and enjoyable holiday from start read more to finish. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her to follow up.
We have also found that Global Journeys is very competitive price wise and happily recommend their services for wherever you wish to travel. We really enjoyed cruising with Princess again on this trip. We appreciate the standard of their service, food and staterooms, especially in the Reserve Collection. We do find the shore excursions they offer to be on the pricey side, but with some pre-cruise research, more price competitive options can often be found in the various ports of call. This was my first Mediterranean cruise as well as my first with Princess cruise lines. I was very pleased with our experience. Kaitlyn from Global Journeys did an amazing job of helping us choose this particular cruise. She listened to our interests and found this cruise with these stopovers which we were very excited to explore. We will certainly travel read more with Princess again and will definitely look to have Kaitlyn assist us in future travel.

The service I received was excellent. The boat is divine. The ports aren't that interesting, they're more like abandoned villages.

A great way to see the beautiful sights in the Mediterranean....one of the highlights of the trip was going to Malta, seeing the deep Ink blue water, viewing the Blue Grotto from a small boat and swimming in the ocean. Also loved Barcelona and with amazing architecture and stunning gardens. The weather was warm late June, early July, although not read more humid so was manageable. Global Journeys offer great service and we have already booked another holiday with them and will keep using them as their website is so easy to navigate. Thank you Hannah C for all of your help.
We recently booked a cruise through Racheal at Global Journeys, and once again, everything was exceptional. This time we explored Iceland and Norway — the fjords were absolutely stunning, and the glacier walk in Iceland was an unforgettable experience. After that, we continued on to the Baltics, where the sights were just as incredible.

Our first time to Greece and Turkey and all the excursions booked with Princess were amazing. We enjoyed an aft facing cabin, really comfy bed, good entertainment onboard and always something to do, or not do if you wanted time to relax on your verandah or just have a rest. Princess offer something for everyone and we would sail with them again. We went on our first cruise from Naples to Athens, over 6 nights, on the Sun Princess. The cruise was fantastic, well beyond our expectations. The boat, crew, facilities were incredible and we loved the tours we booked onshore. The trip was totally enjoyable. No negatives. We booked through Global Journeys with Grace. Land of the Midnight Sun Medley

At the risk of being repetitive, Global Journeys faultlessly organised another great holiday for us - a Princess Cruise combining the Baltic and the Norwegian Fjords. Princess nailed the cruising experience, and the Baltic capitals and the jaw-droppingly beautiful Norwegian Fjords provided the cultural fascination and the gorgeous moving tapestry. read more We did A LOT of walking, but more eating and drinking. We travelled on the Crown Princess to the Pacific Islands and New Zealand in May 2025. We booked it through Global Journeys as we have done on a few occasions. Georgie was our agent again and as usual she was so helpful and efficient. The vibe on the ship was great. All the passengers were really friendly and the crew were fantastic, in fact I would read more have to say it would have to be the best crew we have encountered in a long time. They were really friendly, helpful and a lot of them had a great sense of humour. We have travelled on quite a few Princess ships and they have always been great. Would highly recommend Princess Cruises and Global Journeys.
11 day Princess cruise from Trieste to Athens highly recommended, would have liked longer. Enjoyed the fine dining experience, entertainment and our shore excursions. Interesting ports of call and loved the colour of the waters in the Adriatic. Beautiful weather in May, sunny and mild plus not too crowded. Have already booked next holiday with Global Journeys.
We enjoyed every minute of our 8 day Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona to Rome on the Sun Princess. The ship was very impressive, friendly staff, fabulous room, great food & we enjoyed lots of cocktails 🍸 along the way. On our port days we hopped off the ship & enjoyed the stunning scenery and heritage of everywhere we visited. We were lucky and had read more perfect weather during the cruise. Looking forward to booking another Princess cruise at some stage.
The Crown Princess is a large Ship with 3,080 passengers. Because of my need to use a mobility scooter, it was mandatory to have an Accessible Stateroom. These Staterooms are so much larger; the bathroom is large with a large walking shower and plenty of grab rails to hold for safety. The ship is easy to get around on these small traveling scooters. read more The food was first class in both the Dining Room and the Horizoncourt. The crew is always very good and attentive to all your needs. The show was very enjoyable and had a full audience every night. A beautiful ship for a very enjoyable cruise.
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and only have positive thoughts. All aspects of the journey before and during the cruise were great. Hannah was most helpful and recommend her professionalism as a travel consultant.
