We recently booked a cruise through Racheal at Global Journeys, and once again, everything was exceptional. This time we explored Iceland and Norway — the fjords were absolutely stunning, and the glacier walk in Iceland was an unforgettable experience. After that, we continued on to the Baltics, where the sights were just as incredible.
We’ve been read more on quite a few cruises now, and the last three have all been booked through Racheal. I honestly can’t fault her service — she’s prompt, professional, and always helpful. Her attention to detail and quick responses make planning so much easier.

Our first time to Greece and Turkey and all the excursions booked with Princess were amazing. We enjoyed an aft facing cabin, really comfy bed, good entertainment onboard and always something to do, or not do if you wanted time to relax on your verandah or just have a rest. Princess offer something for everyone and we would sail with them again. Global read more Journeys make the booking experience easy and we recommend Global Journey, plus have already booked other holidays through them.

We went on our first cruise from Naples to Athens, over 6 nights, on the Sun Princess. The cruise was fantastic, well beyond our expectations. The boat, crew, facilities were incredible and we loved the tours we booked onshore. The trip was totally enjoyable. No negatives. We booked through Global Journeys with Grace. She was amazing, so helpful, read more knowledgeable and patient. Grace answered all my queries promptly and was super helpful. Highly recommend her. Thank you.

Land of the Midnight Sun Medley

At the risk of being repetitive, Global Journeys faultlessly organised another great holiday for us - a Princess Cruise combining the Baltic and the Norwegian Fjords. Princess nailed the cruising experience, and the Baltic capitals and the jaw-droppingly beautiful Norwegian Fjords provided the cultural fascination and the gorgeous moving tapestry. read more We did A LOT of walking, but more eating and drinking. We travelled on the Crown Princess to the Pacific Islands and New Zealand in May 2025. We booked it through Global Journeys as we have done on a few occasions. Georgie was our agent again and as usual she was so helpful and efficient. The vibe on the ship was great. All the passengers were really friendly and the crew were fantastic, in fact I would read more have to say it would have to be the best crew we have encountered in a long time. They were really friendly, helpful and a lot of them had a great sense of humour. We have travelled on quite a few Princess ships and they have always been great. Would highly recommend Princess Cruises and Global Journeys.
11 day Princess cruise from Trieste to Athens highly recommended, would have liked longer. Enjoyed the fine dining experience, entertainment and our shore excursions. Interesting ports of call and loved the colour of the waters in the Adriatic. Beautiful weather in May, sunny and mild plus not too crowded. Have already booked next holiday with Global Journeys.
We enjoyed every minute of our 8 day Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona to Rome on the Sun Princess. The ship was very impressive, friendly staff, fabulous room, great food & we enjoyed lots of cocktails 🍸 along the way. On our port days we hopped off the ship & enjoyed the stunning scenery and heritage of everywhere we visited. We were lucky and had read more perfect weather during the cruise. Looking forward to booking another Princess cruise at some stage.
The Crown Princess is a large Ship with 3,080 passengers. Because of my need to use a mobility scooter, it was mandatory to have an Accessible Stateroom. These Staterooms are so much larger; the bathroom is large with a large walking shower and plenty of grab rails to hold for safety. The ship is easy to get around on these small traveling scooters. read more The food was first class in both the Dining Room and the Horizoncourt. The crew is always very good and attentive to all your needs. The show was very enjoyable and had a full audience every night. A beautiful ship for a very enjoyable cruise.
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and only have positive thoughts. All aspects of the journey before and during the cruise were great. Hannah was most helpful and recommend her professionalism as a travel consultant.
The trip was well planned and was at a great price. We managed to see some amazing sites The princess cruise was exceptional.
Had a great time travelling with Princess, it was our first cruise and for our Honeymoon and was overall a great experience. Luckily we also had amazing weather. Given how great this cruise was we will be booking another cruise in the very near future!
From booking the cruise to sailing the experience was magnificent and would love to stay longer. The vessel facilities, service, food and entertainment where first class. The staff friendliness and attention is wonderful to experience.

The service from Grace was exemplary as was the Royal Princess cruise. Our cabin was exactly what we wanted, just the best outlook.

We had a wonderful time in our cruise. Princess staff are super friendly and professional. Lots of Variety of yummy fresh foods from Dining Room to the buffet. Our cabin were sparkling clean always. Entertainment were amazing, I definitely will cruise again and would recommend it to my family and friends.
Wow, first time on a cruise and I have to say, it was fantastic. Princess made everything really easy, walking up anywhere for a drink or food, they were able to identify you. All of the staff were fantastic and friendly. The food, accommodation, drinks and entertainment on board really did exceed my expectations. Thanks for a great trip team!
Grace was so easy to work with and helped us a lot with all the details of our cruise. We have only had good experiences with Global Journeys up to date. I really should have done my homework on this cruise ship. I’ve learnt a lot about what to look for in a cruise. This cruise ship was not for us. Personal opinion though. Main reasons was the generation difference. The first 10 days was basically a 70’s plus floating retirement home. Don’t get me wrong, I love the elderly. But when you are taking your read more daughter (22 yrs old) on a very expensive cruise you would expect to have some younger ones around. It did improve the following 10 days with other guests coming aboard that were younger. I’m now fully clued up on which cruise lines cater for what age group. Every days a school day. Due to the elderly population the activities were catered around them. I found the activities repeated themselves and not many to choose from. The evening shows in the Princess Theatre were too loud, and I had to leave a few shows because my ears were hurting. I was not alone. The Cruise Director was aware of it and advised they had fixed the volume but there was little difference. The quality of the shows were average. I think I enjoyed three of them.
The food was varied and there was something for all tastes. Though I wished I could of shown them how to make mash potatoes and custard. Both were low standard and almost not edible. They nailed the roast meats, they were brilliant. If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy you can forget the dessert bar. I lived on jelly the entire cruise. I wasn’t going to miss out on dessert. 😂 The staff were divine.
The rooms perfect for what you need. Beds super comfy with awesome soft fluffy pillows and the doona cosy. The shower was clearly designed around a 5 year. It’s tiny. You can’t bend in it. So shaving legs, forget it unless you stick your leg out and put your foot on the toilet lid. The laundry was awesome. It’s where I found a duck. I was extremely disappointed when the only two ports I was desperate to visit and were solely the reason I chose this cruise we were unable to disembark due to high winds. No fault of the cruise company but extremely disappointing as I’ll never get that opportunity again.
Dubrovnik and Mykonos 😔 I didn’t enjoy Tunisia and Kotor. We had professional photos taken on the last night offered. Rookie mistake. Our photos were terrible. Even the Manager agreed and gave me two digital ones for free if I paid for two printed ones. There was literally only two worth purchasing. It is wise to have photos taken throughout the whole cruise and by different photographers. That way you have many choices and the photographers have different skill levels. We learnt the hard way. For those of you cruising for the first time, they have a crew appreciation fee. Where they charge your room $17 per person each day. I’m assuming the money goes to top up the staff wages. That’s another $680 you are charged on top of gratuity and the cost of the cruise. It certainly adds up. Don’t forget the drinks and wifi packages. Which we did not do as we just couldn’t afford it.
Island Princess Cruise is perfect if you want a small ship, a handful of activities, enjoy meeting older people, and looking for a very quiet relaxing time. Unfortunately that was not what I was looking for, and came away disappointed. As I previously mentioned, I should of researched it better.

My first cruise with Princess was such a wonderful experience on the impressive Royal Princess. An immaculate ship with amazing decor & facilities, activities, food & crew to match. A special mention to my Travel Advisor, Maisie, a credit to Global Journeys with her efficiency & enthusiasm. I wouldn't hesitate to use Global Journeys & Princess Cruises on future adventures!
