Enjoyed my time on this tour....considering the heat and some places lacking AC or fans for the rooms. Had the most amazing tour guide...Joe...and bus driver...Kamil. These 2 made the adventure a pleasant one. My trip highlight was 100% the week spent in Ireland...lovely people, lovely food, lovely environment, amazing Guiness and Baileys on ice!!!

I had a wonderful two weeks and ticked off so many sights that had been on my bucket list. I was also fortunate to be travelling with a fantastic group of people, which created a great atmosphere throughout the trip. A helpful tip for future travellers: because I was travelling with a group from Egypt to Jordan, I was exempt from Jordan’s 40 JOD visa read more fee. We were met by a guide on arrival and escorted through the process, making entry quick and easy.

Entire trip was filled with highlights. I have no negative comments. All the places we stayed were great. Director and driver were top notch. Best experience and fab memories of this tour will be embedded in our hearts forever. It was a special surprise for hubby's milestone bday..and it exceeded my expectations. Learned a lot but a good balance of read more everything (talking and quiet time and jokes and great video clips/games). Daniel is a pro!
AAT Kings itinerary for this outback tour was thoughtfully planned. There were many opportunities to learn about Aboriginal culture and view spectacular scenery. We enjoyed getting to know our fellow travellers. Having some evenings free to dine without the group was appreciated. Highlights included "Under a Desert Moon", Field of Light Sunrise and read more Uluru Barbecue with star gazing. Walks along the creek bed at Kings Canyon, Kata Tjuta exploration, around base of Uluru and at Simpsons Gap provided ample photo opportunities. Accommodation at the three resorts was spacious and meals high quality.
Bus drivers/tour guides all knowledgeable. Perfect weather in early June for travel with warm days and no rain.

A wonderful trip. Coral Bay, Ningaloo Reef, Horizontal Falls to the Bungle Bungles were some of our favourites. Dave and Macca lead us through the various areas with comprehensive knowledge and commentary. My third trip with G Adventures (including National Geographic Expedition/Journeys), and they've done it again. The Discover the Balkans Tour itinerary struck the perfect balance of culture, history, food and stunning scenery, but Carly (our Tour Leader) made the trip. She was passionate, organised, knowledgeable, full of local insights, and somehow read more made every day feel effortless while creating a genuinely fun and inclusive group. I also met a fantastic group of fellow travellers, which made the experience even more memorable. Three tours in, and I have no doubt I'll be booking with G Adventures again.
