We had a wonderful cruise on the Queen Victoria from 7-21st September 2026. The experience was new to us as it was our first ever cruise. Cunard had all the embarking processes clearly defined. The entertainment options onboard were definitely a highlight for us throughout our cruise. Getting dressed up for Gala nights on the sea days was wonderful. read more The restaurants and bars onboard were fantastic. We went to 4 shows at the Royal Theatre onboard which were amazing. We had 7 shore excursions organised for the stops which was fantastic and all well organised by the Cunard Shore Experiences Team. We had some nice chilled times at the pool and spas. One of our favourites were the Irish folk singers were Blackthorn Duo who we watched around 4 times. The disembarking process and our transfers were also well organised so overall a fantastic experience we both had with Cunard and can highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try a cruise for their first time.

My husband and I booked a 14 night cruise on Cunard from Barcelona to Rome. It was our first cruise and we LOVED it. The Queen Victoria is a beautiful ship, our Club Balcony room was perfect for us. It was so easy getting in and off the ship too. Tracey from Global Journeys was helpful and easy to deal with, would recommend.

Amazing adventure. Our First trip with Cunard and our second cruise ever. Would recommend booking with Global. Everything was better than expected. WOW WOW WOW
15 day cruise from Barcelona with Cunard. Great cruise line, food was excellent as were the staff. Ephesus was a highlight. Cruised through the Dardanelles strait to Istanbul. The Turkish bazaar’s are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Hayley Lounds at Global Journeys was exceptional in handling any issues we raised prior to cruise. The cruise went very well and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised with priority check-in at the Cruise Ship, having booked a Club Balcony Stateroom. Meals were excellent and the tours we picked were also excellent. Staff on board were also excellent. Loved the scenery of Norway. Enjoyed Cunard except for being on the 13th read more floor, overall it was good, just it was difficult to be able to get to the 13th floor as there were only 2 lifts available that would go to that level floor. It meant a lot of walking around to get to restaurants, etc. There needs to be more clear signage as well on the ship to get from A to B. Tracey was very good, everything went smoothly. Information received was clear and it was easy to get to Cunard Portal for bookings, etc. This is only the second time we have used Global Journeys and would do so again.
We were looking forward to a holiday that was going to give us the overall coverage of Japan in one trip so we thought the Cunard QE was going to give us that and it did. We enjoyed the trip but thought the boat was a bit too over the top for us. We felt if you weren’t the type of people who wanted to go glitzy each night there was little alternative read more - for that reason we felt a bit left out. Food was average and we expected better for a ship that is suppose to exude luxury but we saw all the sights we wanted and at a convenient docking spot each day.

First class accommodation in Princess Grill and dining options very good. Entertainment was superb and we visited the theatre every night.

Cunard is to leave Australia and is not returning. We have enjoyed our cruises on this wonderful ship, so many areas to visit, morning coffee in the Commodor Club, breakfast, lunch, evening meals all fine dining each day, not to mention the afternoon tradition of afternoon tea. Our stateroom was always very clean and bathroom clean and shiny. We always read more choose the Main Dining room for meals rather than the casual dining in the Lido. Evening shows with high class entertainment, fabulous costumes. Staff at every level are fantastic.

The trip was well worth doing, the writers talks were excellent and this combined with a great ship made the experience memorable. There is lots of choice of food, activities and great cabins which all put together makes for a wonderful trip.

We absolutely loved our Queen Mary 2 Southampton to New York transatlantic crossing. Everything was perfect. We felt the food was higher quality than our experience of other cruise ships and the staff were far more attentive and seemed happier. The quality of the lectures was outstanding. We had lectures from Mensun Bound from Oxford University on his read more expedition which found Shackleton’s ship the Endurance I. Antarctica. Other lectures on the Concord by an ex Concord pilot were also outstanding and lectures about the history of espionage. All outstanding.
The ship itself is older but has been refurbished so is excellently maintained. We actually loved the size of the ship. It was large enough to contain all of the usual amenities but it was significantly smaller than some so we found it excellent to get around and feel like we were close to everything. One of the best aspects is that for the number of passengers there are a huge number of quiet spaces that you could go to if you want to be on your own bit equally there was always somewhere buzzing if you were chasing that.
We loved the gala nights - one was red and gold theme and the other was masquerade. It was lovely seeing everyone’s outfits and watching so many great ballroom dancers. However, it was not stuffy at all. We can’t really dance but we were made to feel welcome and it was fine for us to just do our low level shuffling or more modern dance style - anything goes really.
Another highlight was the afternoon tea everyday. Just lovely! Each day was a different musician - string quartet / pianist / cellist etc. the white glove service of fresh sandwiches, beautiful pastries, and scones was just so lovely. All day room service is also included I. The regular price and we really enjoyed this on a couple of occasions.
Apart from this, the whole reality that you are crossing the Atlantic and thoughts of where we were in relation to the Titanic made this a really poignant cruise experience.
Finally, the final approach into New York was just incredible. Under the bridge with the funnels just clearing, followed by cruising past the Statue of Liberty, and finally seeing that Manhattan skyline is an unbeatable way to arrive in New York. We absolutely loved it!!!!

Not sure I'd travel with Cunard again. This was my 14th cruise and 1st Cunard. It was chosen for destination and being rated a 5 star cruise line. Prior to this we did an Oceania cruise (just pre covid- 2019) and it was 5 star, however Cunard was not up the that standard. While I like the decor, some areas of the ship are getting a bit tired and need read more a refurbishment. Some of the crew were just going through the motions, a couple of the days trips were poorly organised and managed, and the trip included lunches were like being in a boarding school lunch room. Definitely not as many inclusions as other cruises, and actually felt a bit undervalued as a client
This was our first cruise and we couldn't have had a more wonderful holiday. The Queen Elizabeth was the height of elegance and the meals and entertainment first class. We made some new friends on board and would congregate in the Commodore Club for cocktails and beer. Despite a change of itinerary due the cyclone in Queensland we had a wonderful time on the Queen Elizabeth. We could not fault the ship - the staff, food, cleanliness were absolutely first rate. Gorgeous art deco fittings. Plenty to do - interesting lectures, art talks, entertainment. Never seemed over crowded. Sadly it was quite cold in the Bass read more Strait and we had visited Eden, Melbourne and Adelaide before. Port Lincoln was new to us and a pretty little port. But one cannot help the weather situation and the cruise was a fabulous experience. Global Journeys and Georgina cannot be faulted. Everything went smoothly - no hitches, no problems. Georgina answered all queries so promptly and efficiently. Hope to have the occasion to contact her and Global Journeys again!
I had a fabulous time on board Queen Elizabeth! Met so many wonderful people on the ship. Delicious flow of food from morning till night! The best ever scones!! Some of the live shows are a bit too “busy”for me, though some might like it. Overall very good program with enjoyable entertainment & wide selection of activities. The crew staff work very read more hard. Also , thanks to Hannah for the seamless booking.
The whole process was of a very high standard. Global Journeys offered a hassle free and attentive booking service. The Cunard Queen Elizabeth is a luxury liner in the finest tradition. It was like staying in a five star hotel every day and a great opportunity to explore New Zealand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you want appreciate good service read more and need a relaxing break
We love a chance to cruise on the Queen Elizabeth. The service by all crew from housekeeping to fine dining in the Britannia Restaurant. The opulent decor throughout is very charming and great to enjoy during the cruise. A short but very relaxing and pleasant cruising 🛳

The cruise was very good all the staff was terrific. The food was out of this world you would not go hungry. Entertainment very good. The drinks were a bit expensive, a bit surprised as they charge a % fee for service charge. The drinks package was too much you would be an alcoholic by the time you reached UK. We will be going again with Cunard cruises read more and thank you for your help.

Great what a trip - better than flying. Staff and crew were great friendly and helpful didn't realise how relaxing it was. Thanks to Hannah and Global Journeys.
The ship and its crew were both very good. The ship has high standard of cleanliness. The cabins were a good size. The crew friendly going out of their way to assist passengers. The entertainment was mainly just ok. Disappointed with gala nights with not much for the non-ballroom dancing passengers.
The cost of and limited wifi was the main cause read more of discontent among most of the passengers and needs to be addressed. The last 2 days were spoilt by services such as laundry being unavailable, the pool being closed and several drinks not being available. Having to leave the ship at 7am on the last day meant the final day was lost.
