Great cruise   0 Istanbul And Greek Islands , QLD, Australia, Sep 2025

Our cruise was beyond expectations 0 Anthony Inglis And The National Symphony Orchestra , MA, United States, Sep 2025
Hayley Lounds at Global Journeys was exceptional in handling any issues we raised prior to cruise. Having experienced a number of European River cruises we were delighted with the high standards onboard. Fabulous state room, excellent quality food. Congratulations to all involved. Looking forward to next cruise.
Cruise - 7 nights on Queen Mary 2 Norwegian Fjords 0 Norwegian Fjords , QLD, Australia, Jul 2025
The cruise went very well and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised with priority check-in at the Cruise Ship, having booked a Club Balcony Stateroom. Meals were excellent and the tours we picked were also excellent. Staff on board were also excellent. Loved the scenery of Norway. Enjoyed Cunard except for being on the 13th read more floor, overall it was good, just it was difficult to be able to get to the 13th floor as there were only 2 lifts available that would go to that level floor. It meant a lot of walking around to get to restaurants, etc. There needs to be more clear signage as well on the ship to get from A to B. Tracey was very good, everything went smoothly. Information received was clear and it was easy to get to Cunard Portal for bookings, etc. This is only the second time we have used Global Journeys and would do so again.
Grand adventure 2 Japan Circumnavigation , QLD, Australia, May 2025
We were looking forward to a holiday that was going to give us the overall coverage of Japan in one trip so we thought the Cunard QE was going to give us that and it did. We enjoyed the trip but thought the boat was a bit too over the top for us. We felt if you weren’t the type of people who wanted to go glitzy each night there was little alternative read more - for that reason we felt a bit left out. Food was average and we expected better for a ship that is suppose to exude luxury but we saw all the sights we wanted and at a convenient docking spot each day.
Queen Elizabeth cruise Sydney to Singapore 1 Sydney To Singapore , QLD, Australia, Feb 2025
First class accommodation in Princess Grill and dining options very good. Entertainment was superb and we visited the theatre every night.
Sad to see Queen Elizabeth Cruise ship leaving Australia. 3 Tasmania , SA, Australia, Dec 2024
Cunard is to leave Australia and is not returning. We have enjoyed our cruises on this wonderful ship, so many areas to visit, morning coffee in the Commodor Club, breakfast, lunch, evening meals all fine dining each day, not to mention the afternoon tradition of afternoon tea. Our stateroom was always very clean and bathroom clean and shiny. We always read more choose the Main Dining room for meals rather than the casual dining in the Lido. Evening shows with high class entertainment, fabulous costumes. Staff at every level are fantastic.
Writers festival at Sea - Cunard 6 Australian Literature Festival At Sea , NSW, Australia, Dec 2024
The trip was well worth doing, the writers talks were excellent and this combined with a great ship made the experience memorable. There is lots of choice of food, activities and great cabins which all put together makes for a wonderful trip.

Instead of distributing your tips and thanks to individual crew members, we’ve made things simple with our approach to service charges and fees. For each night of your voyage, a small amount will be added to your account to cover hotel and dining service charges. This ensures that all the efforts of the crew working within restaurants and housekeeping are recognised to help make your voyage experience the best it can be.

The service charge applies to all guests, and differs according to which accommodation you’re staying in. The service charge for Queens and Princess Grill Suites will be US$19 per person per day, and Britannia Staterooms will be US$17 per person per day.

A 15% service charge is automatically added to your onboard account for each beverage purchase made in our bars or restaurants and shared with the relevant crew.

A 15% service charge is added to your on board account for purchases made in the spa and/or salon, however this can be removed, reduced, or increased as you see fit. Simply make your request to do so when you check out of the spa or salon.

Will I need to get Visas for my cruise?

This original notarised letter signed by the child's parent(s), needs to outline authorisation of the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered. If a non-parent adult is a legal guardian, the adult must present a certified certificate of guardianship with respect to the child.

What is meant by ‘Guarantee’ accommodation?

This means that your stateroom has yet to be allocated. You are guaranteed to be allocated, at least, the grade of stateroom you have booked. This could be situated on any one of the decks that offer that grade of cabin and can be allocated at any time from the date of booking until the day before sailing.

Even if it’s likely to be hot and sunny, it’s usually sensible to pack a few cardigans or lightweight sweaters too for on deck and around the ship. Footwear ideas include smart sneakers or gym shoes, sandals and open-toed shoes, such as espadrilles.
  • Smart attire (Relaxed evenings): An elegant dress, flowing maxi skirt and top or combine a blouse and pants or trousers. Complete your outfit with low or high heel or court shoes.
  • Gala Evenings: These are the sparkling occasions with a celebratory atmosphere for which you pack your favourite evening dress, that flowing ball gown or a statement cocktail dress. Then again, you may feel more comfortable in a formal combination, such as a jacket, blouse or shirt and pants or trousers.

Men
  • Daywear: Casual long or short sleeve shirt, a polo shirt, a T-shirt or a sweater paired with shorts, lightweight or cargo trousers. Footwear can be equally relaxed, so you might wish to bring sandals, deck shoes or smart sneakers.
  • Smart attire (Relaxed evenings): A jacket or blazer in the main bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, paired with trousers, chinos and a shirt with a tie or an open collar, or even just over a crew neck jumper. You might complete the outfit with brogues, loafers or boots.
  • Gala Evenings: Dinner jacket or tuxedo – which you are more than welcome to wear with a kilt. Many choose to finish the look with a bow tie, perhaps even a cummerbund. A dark two-piece or three-piece suit is perfectly acceptable too, whether with a regular tie or a cravat. Smart shoes.
