I enjoyed the trip a lot and I would definitely recommend both travel operator and agent. I did not have any expectations as I booked it at the last minute but was blown away by the service offered and the spectacular views of Europe.

What an amazing adventure from starting in the Amazon to finishing in the Galápagos Islands it all went as smooth as. Overall a very satisfying and interesting journey. Our tour director and driver (Ruzica and Salvatore) were terrific over the 15 days. The one thing that was a downer was that we were discouraged from using the toilet on the coach. With the age of the tour participants, this is not a great outcome and led to discomfort. This is the best trip we have ever done. We went to all the little places still on the route for stops and meals, pace was just right, tour director John was fantastic as was the driver Wayne. Thoroughly loved this tour. The countries were amazing, such beauty despite their dark past. Our Tour Guide Zsuzsanna and Driver Tamas are a credit to Cosmos. Would recommend this to anyone seeking to explore countries outside the normal European destinations.

We would like to praise our tour director, Caterina Armeni who was the most amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person we have ever experienced on a Cosmos tour. Even if we had rain, Caterina brought sunshine with her every morning as we got onto our coach. The actual tour itself was wonderful and we got to visit so many places we had only seen in pictures but in real life, the magnificence of the Canadian Rockies is breathtaking. We had the bonus of early snow falls which did not cause any problems with our travelling, but added even more beauty if that was even possible. Day to day travelling on this tour was not long and we were able to enjoy each destination on arrival, with plenty of time to explore beautiful towns like Banff, Jasper and Whistler. Some of the included excursions were a tour of the Summerhill Winery in Kelowna, the beautiful Lake Louise, an explorer shuttle onto the Athabasca Glacier and time at Butchart Gardens in Victoria. There were many optional tours to choose from and it was hard to decide which ones to take but our favourite would have to have been a Seaplane Glacier flight in Whistler.

For excellent value for money its hard to look beyond Cosmos and booking with Global Journeys is a no brainer, they always do a perfect job of organising every tour we have taken with them and we can't thank them enough.

I have been to France before with Cosmos (booked through Global Journeys) but this tour gave me a good insight into the whole of France. All the places I visited were beautiful and interesting. Phenomenal time, tour director was a hoot and full of such interesting knowledge of the whole country!! I travelled alone so was apprehensive however the group I was with was from every age group and we all mixed together well. I'm already planning my next trip!!

Did Cosmos' 13 day Hawaiian Islands tour in September/October '19. From arrival in Honolulu (Oahu) to departure from Kahului (Maui) had not one single problem or hassle. The Tour Director was incredible: certainly knew what she was doing; handled a crowd of nearly 50 people with aplomb; and had a quirky sense of humour. Roberts Hawaii provided all the ...read more ground transport and they were brilliant: always on time and the tour coach drivers had a plethora of funny tales to tell. Hawaiian Airlines didn't perform quite as well with one of the inter-island flights running late. But Roberts were able to adjust at the other end and we didn't miss anything.

All the accommodations were great with friendly staff and great service. The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel on Maui deserves a special mention. The scenery was as gob smacking as I expected it to be and the optional excursions I took were great entertainment: a couple of luau feasts; some zip lining; and the compulsory helicopter flight over a volcano. Blue Hawaiian Helicopters on Hawaii were brilliant and the video of the flight is well worth the purchase price.

We booked this tour knowing that it was a budget tour but we have travelled with Cosmos many times before and knew what to expect. Our experience was that it was comparable to a "Trip A Deal" holiday where you were only offered the bare bones. It seemed to us that they have removed a lot of the 'included' items which resulted in us possibly not considering ...read more booking with Cosmos again. Previously we have been very happy with Cosmos tours. The hotels were of expected quality but their location was way out of town with no options for meals or things to do after hours. You had to eat at the hotel as there was nothing else in the near vicinity.

You were obliged to take up the optional tours listed as there was limited access or options of other things to do close to the hotel and you were too far out of the city to explore on your own. Basically we were just driven from hotel to hotel rarely stopping for a photo stop. Our tour guide did give us some of the local history of the area but when arriving at the hotel didn't give any information about what was available to do or see by yourself in the area. We did see what we wanted to see and enjoyed ourselves overall.

Loved our trip and will be booking again in next 12 -18 months for another Cosmos tour. Most hotels were great. Could only find fault with one hotel which wasn’t that great. Tour Director, Daniela was great, fun and very informative. Our driver, Lorenzo was fantastic. He was very friendly and a good safe driver. Only one person on the tour that spoilt things for others as she was never happy with anything and complained constantly about everything. In the end no one could please her so it was best just to ignore the comments and have a good time.

Some wonderful scenery along with incisive commentary provided by our tour director Liz, who along with our driver Barry kept us on our schedule. Hotels were by and large acceptable however a couple of them for whatever reason were poorer than others.

Both my wife and I were impressed with the two separate Cosmos tours we recently completed in Central and Eastern Europe. The tours were full to the brim with almost constant activity, each day bringing new experiences and things to see and do. It is hard to find fault with their organisation of the tours. The location and quality of hotels was mostly ...read more excellent. The more out of the way hotels (there were a few) did not have a bad impact as there was always options for getting about although on most nights rest seemed more important than more activity considering the pace of the tours. When the out of the way hotels reduced dining options, Cosmos mostly provided dinner as part of the tour.

In organised tours of this kind there needs to be a positive attitude and avoid whinging when things do not go exactly to plan (e.g. at border crossings where you are in other peoples' hands). The only criticism I would make is the location of "comfort stops" on longer bus trips. These stops were mainly just petrol/fast food/toilet locations and left a lot to be desired in many cases. Maybe a more serious review of these places could be made to avoid below standard places and even to finding better ones. The optional excursions (especially the dinners) were quite expensive in my opinion and sometimes also missed the mark (e.g. WWII and Cold War Icons in Berlin). The tour directors and drivers were excellent and beyond criticism - I am in awe of their ability and attitude. Jemma at Global Journeys was client focused and satisfied all our needs.

The pace of the tour was fast, there were times when we were in the coach for 4 hours with comfort stops along the way but still long driving days. The Krakow hotel was dated and right next to a service station and far from anything worth seeing, that was a shame since we were there for 3 nights if you didn’t do the optional dinner you did feel a little ...read more trapped. The salt mines were an amazing must see! Auschwitz - Birkenau was incredibly moving and haunting to stand at a place where such atrocities were committed. Overall I enjoyed my time in Poland.

Good mix of land tour & cruise of Greek islands but too many free days e.g. 1st day is nothing but optional cruise of 3 islands near Athens. After one week of land tour, we returned to Athens for another full day of nothing. Last day after the outer island cruise we again returned to Athens for another day of nothing. This was a bucket list tour and we were very pleased to have completed it. The tour was good, the tour director was great and we had a great group of fellow travellers. The optional excursions were all well worth while. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour ! I can't begin to explain the many wonderful sights we saw, just amazing!! A beautiful bunch of people on the coach, who became like long lost friends very early on in the tour. Accommodation was great . Overall the BEST travel experience I have ever had and will be very hard to top.

We enjoyed all the travel stops, Venezia, Milan, Cinque Terre and most of all Capri. People travelling with us were fantastic! We had Eastern Canada on our wishlist, and our researching found this excursion, which worked in with our primary reason for the trip (our grandson got married in NY Central Park). The selected hotels were generally on par with expectations of Cosmos tours, with the odd occasional surprise. There was one disconcerting aspect, which we knew about when booking - predominately no included breakfast. This is a deviation from all other Cosmos tours that we have taken. The optional excursions were generally well utilised. The amount of spare time was more than sufficient for personal usage - either exploration or relaxation.
