I was so glad we went with this tour it covered all the best places our tour guide (Paul) was very engaging and a extremely knowledgeable guide with loads of suggestions and interesting stories. And would highly recommend if this is your first trip to Ireland or your 10th you'll learn things you never knew before.

OMG, what an adventure we had during our Rockies tour, from beautiful scenery, to Snow at Sun Peaks in July to the ice explorer and walking on a Glacier to seeing bears, our group was amazing our Tour Director Heather- Fabulous and our Driver David outstanding.

A great tour with a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide. Excellent local guides throughout the three regions also. Hotels got better as the tour went on, however all hotels have a bath in the shower, so space is limited. Meals were reasonably good but at least 2 buffet breakfasts were jam packed with people due to multiple tour groups staying at ...read more the same hotel in Spain on the first couple of days of the tour.

The tour is fast paced so if you include all optional activities be prepared to not have a lot of free time. The main issue for me on this tour was due to the regions not getting dark until later in the evening all dinners were served at 7:30pm or 8pm. I normally eat at 6pm so the dinners were a little late for me. At least three very long bus days too (approximately 500 kms each day). All in all a great experience visiting three amazing regions, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Airconditioning throughout and apart from Morocco free WIFi on the coach throughout. Great drivers also, very safe.

Booking with Global Journeys was hassle free and Cosmos made it easy to enjoy to great holiday with many highlights which included ticking off bucket list items such as the Calgary stampede, Banff & the Rocky Mountains. We would definitely recommend this tour to those looking for a great trip of the west coast of Canada.

We thought it was the best trip. The group wasn't big which was great, the tour leader Marco, was the best, the itinerary was great and we couldn't fault it...The trip was relaxed and we weren't rushed. Thank you.

The tour combined many alps, substantial snow in places and castles, as well as quaint villages. There was great variety, much of which is spectacular. The title of the tour gives it away! Some hotels which were rated as 4 stars were really ...read more only 2 stars on an independent rating. As with most Cosmos tours, do not expect to be centrally located with accommodation. What shocked most guests was that we had to drag our luggage up to our rooms and bring it down. The problem here is that most hotels had tiny lifts holding 2-3 passengers at most. Also, there were stairs always involved. This is the first coach tour of any company I have done which did not bring luggage to our rooms and back. There were some elderly couples who really struggled. This luggage issue was only announced in the welcome meeting. Hannah from GJ was excellent in booking the tour and she has now booked subsequent ones.

This was an excellent tour that exceeded our expectations. With Tom as our Tour Director and Donie at the coach wheel, we were in good hands every step of the way. We learnt the history, saw the sights, were touched by the culture and totally blessed by the weather. Ireland is one place on planet Earth that we would come back to .. without a doubt.

We had many problems on this trip from having to change drivers because our first driver was dangerous and kept fighting with the tour director, to constantly getting lost, getting in very late and not seeing what the itinerary promised us. She was disorganised and everything took way longer than it should have. All that being said, we did see some lovely sights, with Crater Lake being the absolute highlight and we were blessed with beautiful weather for the most part. This has probably put me off ever using Cosmos again.

Dealing with Global Journeys was so easy and Toni our travel agent made the booking process hassle free. We thought the trip was good value for money. Accommodation and associated meals were extremely good. Tour Director, Jane & bus driver Robert we’re professional in every aspect.

Our tour of Ireland and Scotland was amazing. We could not have hoped for a better tour director. Finola was so knowledgeable and went the extra distance to ensure were fully informed at each stop. Only disappointment was Belfast - we arrived just before dinner and left the next morning with no opportunity to visit the Titanic Museum. We did all the optionals and loved them especially the Jaunting Cart Ride in Killarney. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The best tour we have had with Cosmos. The tour director (Marcos) was brilliant who knew the tour "backwards" and his incidental information for us travelers was precis and easy to understand.

We had the amazing tour director Serena who made our trip so much better. 25 in the group was a great size and everyone got along well and some life long friendships were made. I would recommend everyone to do the Canadian Rockies tour it was amazing and the sites were absolutely stunning.

Thank you Cosmos. I can honestly say that this holiday was the one of the best. Loved every minute of it. Heather our tour guide was fantastic, her organisation and knowledge was the best!! And to Neil our coach driver, thank you for keeping us safe. I’d do it over again!!!

This trip was far more than we ever expected. Our driver Adrian and hostess Shelley helped to make this special. Every corner of Canada is an Ooh or Aah moment. The accommodation was fair comparable to the cost of the tour. We loved that no meals were included so we could do our own meals during this tour. Each city visited was interesting, amazing and full of history. Despite the long driving days, there was always a tour of the city as well as enough time to explore independently. The Salt Mines in Krakow was a highlight for us whereas Auschwitz was a haunting and sad experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

I had an amazing experience with Cosmos. The experiences and incredible scenery were amazing - from the Rocky Mountaineer to our coach tour to our Alaskan Cruise. Our tour guide, Tarek Sabet was so informative and helpful, going out of his way to oblige us on tour. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. Amazing, beautiful trip. Still raving about it. Lasting memories, would definitely travel with Cosmos again.

I enjoyed this tour immensely with the highlights being Yellowstone, Jackson and Mount Rushmore. We managed to spot a bear, a moose, elk and bison so the wildlife was there and the scenery was just spectacular. I really recommend doing the optional float trip down the Snake River. This was the 2nd of 3 tours I booked with Georgie at Global Journeys. There are not enough superlatives for the scenery on this tour. However, clean rooms and hot showers and usually fabulous breakfasts made for a pleasant stay.

Very good, organised Tour Director Zsofia and coach driver Michele. We were very impressed by the prompt action Cosmos took in organising a temporary coach and driver to meet us off the Glacier Express to drive us to Lucerne. Michele and the coach were held up by a fatal traffic accident only an hour after leaving Tasch. We were fortunate that the cities in Switzerland are close together and that there was a spare driver and coach in a nearby city awaiting the start of a tour who could assist.

My favourite area was the Dolomites mountains. Other favourites: in St Moritz we were provided with a free local transport card and used this to travel by local train then cable car to La Diavolezza - lots of snow and fabulous photos. Lucerne was beautiful and Turin was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this tour - just go!!

The Cosmos tour Italys Best was just that. A great tour, lots of interesting places to visit which was very well organized by the tour guide. The hotels were all good, although the first & last hotels are usually out of the way, which in this case was true. It was an "on the go tour" , up early, breakfast and on the road. Lots of highlights which were too many to pick out a favourite, just beautiful little villages or magical places like the Isle of Capri or Lake Maggiore.
