What our clients are saying about their journeys through India
“Great trip through Northern India”
We experienced a great trip through Northern India, with so many highlights it is too hard to mention any one as a standout. The Taj Mahal was a wonderful sight at sunrise followed by the Agra Fort. The forts were amazing and the Palaces were an insight as to how the rich lived years ago. The Ancient Agrasen Ki Baoli as well was a real surprise along with the jeep ride to the desert tribe. We loved Udaipur, it was our favourite city with all the lakes.
“Discovering Sri Lanka”
Sri Lanka, better known as the 'Isle of Gems', is aiming to make tourism their number one industry over the next few years and boy are they doing a good job of it. Clean beaches and enough National Park safaris to keep everyone in the family happy. Definitely a worthwhile holiday retreat.
“Fascinating journey through Rajasthan history”
Luxury Gold's Imperial Rajasthan gave us a marvellous taste of India through centuries of history. Finally saw the Taj Mahal, one of those few places that actually goes beyond the hype, and enjoyed the range of forts and palaces in various states of repair and detail. The trip does have a number of long travelling days, but once you get to the interesting, and sometimes off the beaten track locations you might not get to otherwise, they're well worth the time. Some of the hotels were stunning ...read more - it felt so special to be sleeping in a former royal residence, or lying in bed watching the sunrise over the Udaipur lake with the window thrown wide open. And the special inclusions, like high tea in the private area of the Jaipur City Palace, added a lovely extra touch. A wonderful trip, and so easy to organise through Yvonne at Global Journeys.
“Sri Lanka - no troubles from start to finish ”
Once again Global Journeys has enabled us to have a wonderful holiday. Jemma was there for any queries, recommendations and advice. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were not just a number. Well done Jemma will certainly be booking through you and your company again. My advice - visit Sri Lanka , it was such a great surprise.
