Canada & Alaska - Not to be missed!!   5 , QLD, Australia, May 2023
We just finished what was a wonderful holiday. Canada and Alaska were absolutely spectacular and the trip was made all the more enjoyable by the great organisation of Global Journeys. Everything occurred as planned without hassle. Hotels were first class and the sights visited magnificent. The Rocky Mountaineer, inside passage cruise combination read more is one not to be missed. The small tour party also made for a more personal and enjoyable experience. Rachael at Global Journeys was terrific in arranging everything just as we wanted and our Tour Director Mark went above and beyond to look after us and ensure we had a unforgettable experience. We strongly recommend Globus and look forward to our next holiday arranged through them.
Great trip 2 , NSW, Australia, May 2023
The holiday was fantastic, especially the Rocky Mountaineer trip and the tour bus. The guide was so professional and helpful at all times. Accommodation was outstanding. The Inside passage cruise was very good except that our room stunk of sewage from day one despite the efforts of cabin crew spraying toilet spray every morning and night, Also the dining read more room needs a shake up. Meals were cold due to them being pushed out of the kitchen and left on tables before being served. Also they tried to overcharge me $94US for drinks.
Beautiful Canada / Alaska 5 , QLD, Australia, Sep 2019
The Rocky Mountaineer, Gold Leaf, journey was sensational, very well organised & run. Our tour director, Doug, was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable of the areas travelled. Trip ran very smoothly even with several early starts. Could probably have done with a couple of extra days along the way. The weather was not particularly good but read more the scenery was still spectacular.
Rocky Mountains 4 , SA, Australia, Aug 2019

19 days Spirit of the Rockies with Alaska cruise extension 2 , VIC, Australia, Aug 2019
We joined this Globus tour in August. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everyday of the tour.
Canadian and Alaska tour 3 , NSW, Australia, Jul 2019
Loved our Canadian/Alaska holiday, we were very lucky to only have a small group on tour, everyone got along well. A little disappointed with our cruise as our boat was a little old, not enough hand sanitizers on entry to dining rooms. Our Guide was very knowledgeable, my only complaint was we booked 2 excursions & because of the times we couldn't spend read more as much time as we would of liked.
Stress free holiday through the Rockies   1 , VIC, Australia, Jul 2019
What a wonderful experience travelling through the Rocky Mountains. Firstly with the Rocky Mountaineer, then a fabulous guided tour through the Rockies meeting some wonderful people and finished off with a beautiful cruise into Alaska.
Spirit of the Rockies is ideal   3 , WA, Australia, May 2019
We travelled at the beginning of May and loved it as there was plenty of snow on the mountains and nowhere we went was crowded. The accommodation was excellent, extremely comfortable and centrally located. Our tour leader, Vedrana was also excellent as was our driver Jon. Everything was run very efficiently.

Highlights were the Rocky Mountaineer, read more seeing bears, walking on a Glacier and a visit to a Squamish Centre. On the cruise Skagway was charming and anchoring in Glacier Bay was stunning.
A great tour to see some outstanding Canadian and Alaskan scenery. 1 , NSW, Australia, May 2019
Our first time touring with Globus. It included some of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, most being Fairmont, especially in Banff and Lake Louise. Lake Louise looked stunning as it was surrounded by snow and the lake was all ice.

This was the 1st tour of the season and some roads in the mountains had not been cleared of possible avalanches read more as the snow was still melting. But the weather was great with mostly sunny days and there was less tourists about that made it much easier for sightseeing especially in the National Parks and on the Glacier.

We found that being in Gold Leaf on the Rocky Mountaineer there was much better sightseeing especially when passing the long freight trains we were able to see over them. Would highly recommend this tour. We will definitely book through Global Journeys for our next trip.
Well organised, trouble free experience   2 , New Zealand, Sep 2018
As it was our first BIG overseas holiday we were a little anxious as to how things would go, but it all went so well. From the beginning our online connection with Global Journeys was always "open" and friendly to reassure us that everything was in order! When we arrived at our first destination our Tour Director made everyone feel very welcome and read more also during the tour he was always available to help us sort through any queries, of which there sometimes were a good few! We were given the opportunity to sightsee some amazing places and have met many new friends. Definitely recommend Globus and their staff for an amazing holiday.
