Bucket List Ticked.   1 , NSW, Australia, Jun 2023
This was a bucket list trip for us and we chose APT for premium, quality experiences. They delivered in spades. It was outstanding in so many ways. The hotels were mostly five stars and in Alaska where there isn't that level of accommodation, we had good quality hotels and lodges which in a way lent authenticity to the environment we were in. The included ...read more dining experiences were exceptional. We had a modern coach for the land journey and had a very professional driver in Randy. Our tour director, Rory was superb and made our 25 day trip a breeze. He was helpful and available at all times and charmed us with his wit and infectious humour.

The Inside Passage cruise to Alaska was a highlight for us, but we would have enjoyed more time in Ketchikan. We would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Jemma from the outset of the planning of this journey. Again and again she proved to be utterly reliable and dependable and is the reason why we continue to choose Global Journeys. My advice: With any journey, long or short, things may never go to plan. Be patient and kind especially to the service staff. Don't whine. Think of others and realise you are not the only person around. Take it easy and remember you are on holidays. Everything will then seem more enjoyable!
My Bucket List Trip lived up to Expectations...   0 , NSW, Australia, May 2023
This was our 3rd trip booked through Global Journeys and once again Jemma was brilliant in answering and solving any issues that popped up as we were travelling in a group of 6.

The APT Director Rory (originally from Australia) was fantastic and guided us around Canada and Alaska like a true professional. He united a group of 40 people together and ...read more we had a great trip and have made many new friends. He even provided great weather with only 2 days of light rain in Ketchikan and Juneau (it always rains there). From travelling around Canada for 11 days, 7 day Holland America Inside passage cruise to Alaska, 6 days in Alaska, this trip had it all. We saw at least 10 bears, 10 moose, Caribou, Elk, Humpback and Orca Whales, lots of seals and sea otters, bald eagles and much more. The scenery at Lake Louise, breathtaking glaciers at Glacier Bay and landscape on the White Pass Rail travelling to Skagway were some of the major highlights on this my bucket list trip. When you travel with APT and book with Global Journeys, you will always have a great trip.
Excellent Trip 0 , NSW, Australia, May 2023
The best holiday we have had. Would recommend both APT and Global Journeys. Hotels in all places were great. A must to see is Baniff and Lake Louise and The Rocky Mountaineer Train ride was amazing. The only downer was the tipping and taxes which we are not accustomed to but please donā€™t let that stop you going because you will be so disappointed if ...read more you donā€™t.
