The scenery is spectacular. Our tour director and coach driver were very informative. Most of the accomodation was very comfortable. The three countries we visited were all very different but would have to say we loved Norway the most.

This was a great tour. Well organised and with attention to detail. We saw a real cross section of sites in all three countries and were treated to plenty of exposure to local customs. The accommodation was first class Our guide, Rafael was full of knowledge and ensured that everything worked. Jorge was our fantastic coach driver.
We had a wonderful time on this tour. We saw many wonderful places. The tour guide provided detailed information and everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.
Tuscany was stunning and the tour was really handy to be able to stay for 6 nights in one spot and go out to somewhere different everyday. The tour guide was very professional. I enjoyed the cooking class and would have preferred more time at Cinque Terra. It was spectacular. Had a great time all round.
This was fast paced but with our hilarious and caring tour leader Nikos, everyone had a ball! Corfu was a highlight and would love to have spent more time so as to visit the Durrell house. Lots of history shared and most of Greece's special places, included. Do it! Yamas!
Beautiful is the first thought that comes to mind as I recall our time spent in Japan. From the Japanese people to the countryside, the culture, food, gardens and everything in between. Trafalgar looked after us well, with the amazing Yama as our tour director. She worked so hard to make sure everyone needs were met. We travelled with a great bunch read more of people and had lots of fun along the way. A couple of the meal experiences could have been explained better but other than that no complaints. I would happily recommend this trip to anyone seeking an overall experience of what Japan can offer. Georgie was very helpful with organising the trip.
Most enjoyable tour. Trafalgar Excellent and an excellent tour guide in Amanda. Such transitions in landscape starting in Denmark then a complete contrast in Norway. Recommend this tour to everyone.

Highly recommend to combine the best of Greece with a Celestyal cruise, ideally after but either way will be well worth it. Overall taste of Greece, by Land and Sea.

The Trafalgar tour was also amazing. Our travel director (also named Hannah), was always very helpful and considerate of her guests. There were 39 people on the read more tour and we all generally got along and enjoyed each other's company. Would definitely book another Trafalgar tour, this was my 3rd one. It has always been an enjoyable and fun time.
The highlights for me in Croatia was Plitvice National Parks with its beautiful lakes and waterfalls. Definitely a spectacular place to visit. Opatija was a quaint and relaxing coastal town that is worth a visit to explore and enjoy great seafood. Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik were interesting cities with lots of history and great places to wander and get 'lost'. I travelled in April and the weather was interesting. Arrived in Zagreb to 30 degrees celsius, which is very hot for spring in Croatia but the rest of the trip was much milder temperatures below 20 degrees celsius with patches of rain.
The highlights in Slovenia was Lake Bled and the great food. Lake Bled is absolutely spectacular and the island in the middle of the lake with its cathedral is definitely worth a visit. The Bled cake is also one not be missed. The weather in Slovenia was also very interesting. It snowed the first night in Lake Bled but the next couple of days were 'normal' weather for spring.

Will always travel with Trafalgar, one of the main reasons would be having a local as the tour director. I learn so much more. Ako san was an excellent guide. Croatia and Slovenia are really worth going to - every location was so picturesque. Glad we went at the start of the season, which was already busy in key cities and attractions - it would've been very crowded during peak season. This tour allowed us to go to many locations in Croatia and Slovenia. Tour was well-organised and comfortable but hotel locations read more in Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik were well outside the Old Town areas in residential zones. This significantly reduced our food and shopping options if we didn't join the optional excursions. Tour pace was very slow, would have been good to have more options for those wanting to do more, especially at Plitvice Lakes.
It was a well organised trip entirely. The tour director was knowledgeable and caring, the driver was excellent. We cannot complain Trafalgar tours. As always, thank you, Hannah from Global Journeys, for organising this trip for us. You made it easy! We had wonderful time!
From the time we arrived in Italy, the Trafalgar Group looked after us like VIPs, our flight was delayed into Rome, however their team stayed back 15 min to transfer us to the hotel. The optional experiences are good value, created great memories of our trip to Italy.
As usual, Hannah from Global Journeys was very helpful with my booking, and I will be booking again with her. The Trafalgar trip itself was more relaxing than most in that there were three night stays in each of Prague, Vienna and Budapest. The tour was well planned, and the colder weather only added to the atmosphere, especially with the wonderful read more Christmas markets we went to in Vienna and Budapest. The Vienna hotel (Hilton Danube Waterfront) was disappointing for its location in a residential area away from amenities.
Tour highlights include the Vatican, optional dinner Rome, Cinque Terra, optional Statue of David, Be My Guest Dinner, farewell dinner, tour guide driver and local specialists. Great hotels in excellent locations. easy of booking online with Global Journeys.
This was an excellent tour overall. The places visited all had something special to offer, be it scenery, architecture or history. The local specialists were brilliant in their information and this was a highlight of the trip for me. The tour director was very well organised and every day ran smoothly for the passengers. The tour director Mikael offered read more very useful city orientations as they provided an insight into the history of the place and useful local information to get us around during our free time. The drivers Fernando and Jorge did a great job navigating through the small streets of Portugal in a very safe manner.

The tour covered a lot of ground in two weeks - this was expected. The tour director was fabulous as were the local specialists. Given the history of the countries we visited, the tour director gave a very insightful and balanced commentary. He was very pleasant and dealt with some challenging guests in a calm, considerate and gentle way. I would highly read more recommend this tour but encourage potential guests to familiarise themselves with the itinerary - the long drives on some days and the fact that the food will not be the same as what you get at home. A comprehensive tour of Italy. Fast paced and quite busy so be mindful of that. There is lots of walking and steps so be conscious of that if mobility is an issue. But I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Excellent guide and driver
Good trip. Excellent guide and driver. Lots of driving, but covered a lot of the country. Reasonable amount of free time. Good hotels.
This was a very well planned and executed trip, allowing us to experience a great array of both monuments and everyday Egyptian life. I particularly enjoyed being able to cruise the Nile and experience the changing panorama of landscape, village life and the abundant bird and animal life. My accommodation was fine, although some others in the group read more Sid they had encountered some problems. The ubiquitous presence of insistent hawkers and vendors everywhere was definitely intrusive and unwelcome….this was the only downside for me. The tour guide was a qualified Egyptologist and provided us with fantastic background and information about every place we visited, which made the whole tour that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy history and the natural world this is a great experience…sorry should add, and enjoy very hot weather!! 🥵
