Short of time? What to see heaps of Europe? This is the tour for you. Brilliant service from our tour consultant through to the Tour manager and Coach driver. Value for money extra excursions and activities available to see or do more in cities. On this tour we took our 11 and 13 year old boys, which both enjoyed the hospitality the Cosmos staff showed. read more Even when there was a problem, out of Cosmos's hand, they showed professionalism in solving it with a minimum of fuss. We would 100% recommend Global Journeys and look forward to booking further trips with them. Thank you for such a wonderful trip. The trip was great and would do another one with Cosmos in a heartbeat. Motels were fine, some more special and memorable than others but all very high standard. Rooms were warm, staff very accommodating. Food/breakfasts were fabulous at all motels. Coach driver and Tour director were a heap of fun and we all (12 couples and 15 singles) bonded very read more quickly. Not a problem anywhere and would consider another one, be it coach or cruise without a doubt in the future. Thank you.
Some of the meals could have been of a littler higher standard 1

The one and only thought is that some of the places where we stopped for lunch and dinner included in the price could have been of a littler higher standard, but all in all it was great.

The Canadian Rockies

My husband said he'd never drive again after taking his first Cosmos tour. Canada threw everything she had at us and even after a record 11 hour drive on the first day due to a landslide blocking our original route, we still came up smiling. Although the weather was variable, it was clear and sunny for stunning photos of Lake Louise and Mt Robson, and read more turned on a snowstorm at the Athabasca Glacier. We saw a record 23 bears and plenty of other local wildlife. All our hotel accommodation was better than expected and although it might have been more convenient to have breakfast included, there were always many other options. Weather conditions forced the cancellation of several optional excursions but our payments were promptly refunded. In fact, the main reason for our tour being so successful was due in no small part to our tour guide Vedrana Ashcroft, and driver, Jim. Both were experts in their fields but went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everyone's needs were met, cheerfully and competently. Vedrana was very compassionate to two passengers requiring medical intervention, as well as the many others on the coach who went down with flu-like symptoms, thanks to one who was overly enthusiastic about sharing his germs with everyone on board, myself included. Maybe a good spray of Glen 20 every morning might have helped prevent the spread! That aside, I'd happily front up for a third Cosmos tour anywhere, any time.
Really enjoyed the tour. The accommodation was good, except a couple of places could do with a clean. The coach was clean & comfortable. The guides, especially in Morocco, were great. We received history with a lot of humour. Met lots of nice people on the tour, whom we hope to keep in touch with. This was our second tour with Global Journeys & Cosmos read more and found everything went smoothly. We look forward to our next touring holiday!
The tour was excellent, especially made so by a fantastic tour guide and a great group of people. I think it was also helped by only having about 35 people on the bus, so plenty of room and opportunity for us all to chat with each other while travelling. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the tour and look forward to touring again with Cosmos.
Hotels were better than I expected 1

Fantastic tour guide (Rickardo) and driver (Dominic), Great guys. Hotels were better than I expected. Good tour, great fun. I am now looking forward to my next trip in the future. Yvonne at Global Journeys was very efficient with the arrangements, and I will call on her again next time.
The whole trip was excellent. The most memorable experience of our lives. Thank you Frances for accommodating all of our needs and helping us make our dreams come true.
Thanks Frances for your great help and answering questions as required. Much appreciated. Great Company and a Great Tour of France. Napoleon Route from Provence to Grenoble was not fully followed. Lyon city was not seen. Both mentioned in the brochure and were highlights for me. Trip very very well planned. My hand baggage at Toulouse was mislaid. read more It was later located at the hotel and given to me with well packed bottle smashed. Our Tour Director, Timea Okors was very repetitive and rude to me at times. Marc (French) and Martin (German) the coach drivers were quite good. Many thanks I look forward to another Cosmos experience one day.

We had a great trip on our Cosmos All About Europe tour (previously named European Masterpiece) . It was a fantastic way to explore Europe and everything was organised very well. We enjoyed our first experience with coach touring and have already planned and booked another Cosmos tour to Canada with Global Journeys in 2013.

Great trip, amazing scenery, good value for money. Unfortunately Rocky Mountaineer trip cut short because of rail strike, but tour guides did their best to compensate. Loved Lake Louise and Banff. The only disappointment was the length of time in Whistler, we would have loved another day and night. Cruise was very relaxing, food and service excellent. read more Alaska scenery and Glacier fantastic. We would definitely recommend this tour. In fact friends of ours have booked this tour in August.

I researched the different tours that were available and decided on this Cosmos tour with Global Journeys. I was not disappointed and we had a terrific time. I received great service from Yvonne, my tour consultant. Our guide Brett was very pleasant and showed a great knowledge of all facets of the tour. As with all coach tours there was a lot of travelling read more but the breaks and places we stopped helped to make the journeys go painlessly. The accommodation was of a very good standard with good facilities. I would not hesitate to book again with, or recommend, Global Journeys.
Had a great time traveled 10,171kms and saw some spectacular scenery, even got to see a grizzly bear cross the road in front of coach. Best value trip we have ever been on, hotels were excellent. Thank you Cosmos for a wonderful trip and a big thank you to Frances for all your help. Will definitely use Global Journeys again.

The tour was excellent! It was very well organised. It covered a lot of amazing cities and the best scenery. Everybody was happy and amazed at how beautiful the country is. I was happy with the food and service. I would like to travel with you again because you to know the best places to take us to and your experience is next to none.

Everything went well. Great tour director (Andrew Hynde) and driver (Lee Williams). Information given about the tour and history was great. Pity about Andrew's music choice. Accommodation was very good except for Kensington Place in London. Better than European tour. Thank you Georgie for your effort. Every question answered promptly and everything read more turned out well. One recommendation is for Cosmos to allow to book double accommodation rather than twin. They could include a cover 'subject to availability'. Our sincere thankyou for organising a great holiday for us. Look forward to further holidays.

The All About Europe tour (previously named European Masterpiece) was all I expected - a snapshot of a lot of countries. Our tour guide - Joe Shearer was excellent, his knowledge of the languages and history were just amazing. He made sure we were looked after everywhere we went and every night at dinner made sure we had enough to eat. He is worth read more his weight in gold or more. When the tour finished and we had to say goodbye it was like we were losing a family member, especially since we relied on him to tell us when, what and where to go for 27 days. More time in some places would have been great, but we can now plan to go back to those places in discover them in more depth. The only downfalls were that were in a small group of 19 and missed out on some optional tours as not enough wanted to go - we didnt think it was fair that we had to miss out because of this. Another downfall was we only had one night in Germany and and that was near Cologne airport so we could not go anywhere to see anything and also only one night in Amsterdam. Two nights in each of these countries would have been better...maybe cutting out Greece. I would highly recommend Global Journeys, Cosmos and the tour.

Thank you Frances for helping us with everything that we needed. My brother and I are eternally greatful to you. The tour was very well organised . It was perfect. We didn't want it to end. The hotels were very comfortable. The food provided was very nice. We saw the most important touristic places. The views and sceneries are out of this world. The read more coach was very comfortable. The driver was so nice and polite. The tour guide and the driver went out of their way to please everybody. I will never forget this trip.

The tour was amazing. Unbelievable how much you can see in 15 days. We saw everything from the Eiffel Tower to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We experienced things we only dreamed about like the 'Changing of the Guard' in London to standing in the middle of the mighty Colosseum in Rome. The optional tours were value for money, and even though we only participated read more in just over half of what was offered, we are satisfied that our time was utilized well. Our tour guide Attila, was very informative and very easy to talk to and get alone with. The pace of this tour is very fast, as there were a lot of one night stays. But overall, (even though we were tired most nights) was extremely happy with the amount of distance we traveled and the amazing things that we were lucky enough to witness. Also we feel that our Tour Consultant Georgie, was very easy to correspond with, very accessible, (even to the point where she was answering emails on her days off) and we are very grateful to her for organising such a wonderful first overseas experience for us. Thanks heaps.
