This is a pretty good tour flexible and well organised. The overall quality of food and accommodation was good except one of the hotels in Italy had really below average breakfast, hope something can be done in future.
My cosmos tour was very good to excellent. Just some of the optional excursions were not good value. But the driver and host were excellent, the weather was great, the scenery excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone 4

Excellent. It was so good, it would have been nice to have had a included dinner the last night to say goodbye to everyone. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone.
The trip was a bit fast paced but provided a good sense of the UK and our Tour Guide was excellent.

Loved this tour, we really got to see the real Alaska. It was very long days on the coach, so tiring but we signed up for that as Alaska is so large it does take a lot of driving to see it. The accommodation was better than we expected in the more remote places but just wish that the hotels would let the tour coaches in a little earlier & then we could read more have had some earlier nights to be ready for the next days travel. Tour guide Jason was excellent & so was Adam our coach driver. Both went above & beyond to make the tour such a wonderful time.
I would recommend this tour to anyone of any age 2

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Old South. Our tour guide Hilary really made this trip special. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and kept everyone organised. I would recommend this tour to anyone of any age. We had a great group and I got to see places I had only ever dreamed of seeing. Sun Studio in Memphis and Graceland were personal read more highlights for me. If you love music and history this is the tour for you!

We are a couple in our sixties & for us this tour was like going down memory lane. The tours to recording studios where our favorite performers of the 1950-60's recorded their music was fantastic. We also loved the history aspect of this tour with stories from our wonderful informative guide Hilliary about black slavery, famous people like Martin Luther read more King. The tour to Gracelands was amazing, we never dreamed it would be so big & have so much for the visitor to see. There was never a dull moment on this tour therefore we would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it to just do it. We had a wonderful time & always come back to Cosmos for experienced wonderful guides who obviously love their job & total value for money.

We found everything very expensive in Great Britain. The pace was fast especially if you chose the extra options. Our coach driver Alister was excellent. We enjoyed our first trip to Great Britain.

I was surprised and disappointed in the distance our accommodation was from main city centres. On my previous Cosmos tour in Greece, we were right in the centres of cities, which meant that when we had spare time we could explore at our own discretion. We could choose restaurants other than at the accommodation. The accommodation in Rome was not only read more ages away from the city centre, it was also extremely dated. This was also the case in Florence and Lucerne. The hotel in Lucerne had no fridge or air conditioning - we were experiencing temperatures of 40 degrees! Accommodation in Innsbruck and Venice was very nice, however again in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation issues of this tour would make me extremely wary of booking a tour with Cosmos again. That said, the tour guide and driver were knowledgeable, professional and accommodating of our needs. The itinerary and extra excursions were fantastic.

Fantastic tour. Surpassed all we expected of it. The Cosmos tour director Stewart and coach driver Garry were superb and made our holiday extra special. We made a lot of new friends from all over the world and We're planning our next tour already once the visa's paid off. Leanne at Global Journeys set it all up beautifully for us and we're really grateful to her.

The entire holiday was an excellent experience. My tour director Patricia Satrell was extremely caring and full of knowledge and jokes/anecdotes. The only thing was that the hotel in Nice, France was too small for our needs and made it more like a backpacker stay. I will travel with Cosmos again.
Croatia and Slovenia are both beautiful and interesting places to visit. We both had a wonderful time exploring the many places we visited. The coach was large and comfortable. We had a large group, 46 people! It was well organised and all went smoothly. The hotels were basic, with the exception of the hotel in Dubrovnik which was exceptional. Beautiful read more large room and great infinity pool. This was a definite highlight of the tour. We were very disappointed in Hotel Bosnia. The receptionist was very abrupt and rude. When we got to our room, we found that one of our suitcases was severely damaged. It had been dragged up the stairs and the wheel ripped off along with the whole corner of the suitcase! The hotel refused to take responsibility! The tour guide put in an incident report to Cosmos but have not heard anything from them so far. We then had to spend a day tracking down a new suitcase as the damage left the other suitcase unusable. Other than this incident it was an enjoyable holiday.

We had an amazing time on this tour and would recommend this tour to everyone, we would and will book more Cosmos tours. Booking this holiday though Global Journeys was so easy and stress free, Emily was so good, nothing was to much trouble.
Amazing journey through the North of France 3

This was an amazing journey through the North of France with Cosmos Tours. The tour was well-paced, well-priced and our tour guide, Clara, was absolutely outstanding. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish, and Cosmos are the experts in European coach travel. Having everything organized for you, and having your cases taken care of, read more made the whole experience such a joy. I would highly recommend this tour as it is not too long and not too short and includes some of the best sights in northern France, including Mont St Michel, Normandy beach landings, Brittany and the stunning Loire Valley. The whole booking process and ticket issuing with Yvonne at Global Journeys was seamless and I thank you so much for your help. The online checklist was a real winner too. It was all so easy and effortless. Will definitely book my next Cosmos tour with you. I think my wife and I are up to our 4th or 5th Cosmos tour now!

Some hotels were too small and congested, very impressed with hotel at Innsbruck and San Marino. Some included dinner's very were bad- Switzerland hotel served us Chicken schnitzel that was uncooked and awful. Our tour director Mr. Luigi and Driver Vincenzo were excellent. The pacing of tour and information received was brilliant. The included tour read more package felt was inadequate, if we hadn't included the extra excursion than we don't get to see many important things. The tour guides at France and Vatican very not knowledgeable, we didn't get to see much in St. Peter's of Vatican as the guide didn't take us all around the church.

We had a great time touring the UK with a great tour guide and bus driver. Hotels were fine and mostly central. Lots of history but also some beautiful scenery to see in the highlands of Scotland. Options were all the same, dinner and shows, would have liked to see some more choices. Overall really happy with our Cosmos tour. Thanks again Georgie for read more your help and we will be booking again through Global Journeys.

Central Europe

As a solo mature traveller I found this tour to be of a good pace and very well organised. I really enjoyed the numerous countries that we covered and would recommend this tour highly, there was a blend of ages from teenagers with their grandparents to my mature age, we had a lot of fun and the tour was full of interesting history and facts as we covered read more the numerous countries. I would highly recommend this tour if you are a solo traveller or coupled and found that it offered highlights that were of interest to all.
We are very happy with Cosmos and will be travelling with them again in future. It was great as we had a very good knowledgeable tour guide. All optional tours were great. Very relaxing and safe. Our diver was very good too.

Seven Countries, Venice & Paris with London

Overall the tour was a great experience, it is not for those who wish to lumber along though. The pace of the tour was as expected pretty full on as we did see a lot in a short amount of time. Our tour director, Sonia, and driver Carlo, were fantastic, very helpful, very patient and generally fun to enjoy this tour with. On the negative, we started read more badly with a delay of 7 hours in Calais in France as the port workers went on strike just as we were about to pull into port. Totally not the fault of Cosmos, however due to the delay we did miss our first days tour of Brussels. (we did get a free 7 hour cruise of the French coast as a positive to this), the tour people did make amends with a complimentary dinner and tried to appease the group as best they could given the circumstances.
Also, as the tour went on the hotel rooms got smaller and smaller, also there was no in room coffee making facilities and the included meals were of bargain basement standard. Personally my wife and I would be happy to pay a little more for the tour and have improvements in these 2 areas, plus an extra night in a place somewhere about mid tour for a recharge and time to soak it all in. Perhaps the extra first night in London, ( Saturday) could be exchanged for this as that seemed unnecessary. Given the schedule the tour was overall excellent value as you could not do this on an individual basis for the same amount. It was a lot of miles in the coach but the places we went to were breathtaking to say the least and well worth it. The coach was very comfortable, the people on tour were all great fun, even with the few hiccups no one was really too upset. I totally WOULD, recommend this tour if you want to see a lot but have minimal time to do it.

Excellent tour, the 16 days were evenly spread with activities and time to ourselves. The tour Guide Jose Lemus was very professional and had excellent knowledge of all areas of the tour. The tour highlights from our perspective were the Grand Canyon, Vegas, Yosemite National park and the streets of San Francisco. The people were of all ages and very read more nice, mostly Australians. Looking forward to taking another tour in the future.
