Itinerary

Your journey into wonder begins in Victoria on Vancouver Island. The city’s British colonial past shows in its Victorian architecture and colourful gardens. Enjoy an exclusive two-night Special Stay at Victoria’s iconic The Fairmont Empress. Tonight celebrate at a welcome dinner with your travel companions and Scenic Tour Director.

Please book your flight to arrive into Victoria prior to 05:00 PM. (D)

Visit the spectacular Butchart Gardens and spend time discovering the gardens’ reaches.

Freechoice: A selection of activities, leisurely or active. (B)

After breakfast drive to Whistler. Stop at the Malahat Skywalk. Ascend the spiral wooden ramp leading up to a 31-metre viewing deck for sweeping views over sea inlets and mountains. Later cross Georgia Strait by ferry and continue to Whistler.

Enrich: Join renowned black bear expert researcher Michael Allen for an enlightening session about these extraordinary creatures.

Enrich: Tonight, visit the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre where two nations came together to celebrate and share their cultures. Feast on an Indigenous-inspired menu while cultural ambassadors in regalia from the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations share songs and stories throughout.

Settle in for a two-night stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. (B/D)

Drive from Whistler to Kelowna along the scenic Duffey Lake Road offering sublime lake and river views. Travel to Lillooet, a historical town on the road of the old Gold Rush. Before departing Kelowna this morning we check out the amazing murals of the Uptown Mural Project. Home to 14 large-scale outdoor murals which have been created by local, national, and international artists. Continue to Banff and be greeted by small town charm nestled in stunning mountain scenery. Settle in for a two night Special Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs.
