Rocky Mountain tour with Globus and Rocky Mountaineer 1 , QLD, Australia, Jul 2023
Globus tours are no where near as good as Insight Vacations. Very few meals included but Whistler was the best stop we had. Rocky Mountaineer Gold leaf train trip was a total waste of money, service was horrible, Glass roof was dirty and scratched, meals were ok but once back in the sitting cabin your lucky to get a drink.
Canadian Rockies 2 , NSW, Australia, Aug 2019
West Coast of Canada is quite impressive. The beautiful views never seem to end. The tour guide and the driver were excellent. We were disappointed with some of the hotels and some of the breakfast. There seemed to be a lot of add-on excursions which could end up being very expensive. The fellow travellers were lovely and seem to get along well with read more each other and were considerate of each other.
Wow! Just Amazing!   2 , QLD, Australia, Jun 2019
This trip was full of incredible experiences through stunningly beautiful countryside! There were so many beautiful photo opportunities, glacier-fed lakes surrounded by snow-capped mountains covered with tall fir trees being the pick of them for me.

The experiences we had area around Jasper would have to be my favourite, especially the boat cruise read more on Maligne Lake and the walk on the Athabasca Glacier, both included tours. We also did the optional Maligne Canyon Walk that we really enjoyed. Another optional that we loved was the McGillivray Lake Fur Trader Feast at Sun Peaks when we got to paddle canoes on glass-like water. Absolutely magic!

Our tour guide, Tarek, was very well-organised and very knowledgeable and did his best to make sure my dietary requirements were catered for. The hotels we stayed in were mostly of a very high standard and within good walking distance of town. Included tours were well-balanced with leisure time and there were quite a few optional tours available. We were really pleased we chose to finish the tour on the Rocky Mountaineer back to Vancouver rather than finish in Calgary as it afforded us more of the stunning scenery.
A fantastic way to see the Rocky Mountains 6 , NSW, Australia, May 2017
We had an fantastic trip through the Rockies, led by a most experienced, knowledgeable and entertaining Tour Director, Tarek. Hotels were good and scenery was spectacular. Highlights included Fairmont Chateau (Whistler), Flying Fox Adventure (Whistler), Maligne Lake Cruise to Spirit Island, Maligne Canyon, Columbia Icefields/Athabusca Glacier, Banff read more National Park/Icefields Parkway, and Lake Louise). The group we traveled with were great fun, and we exchanged many laughs.
Wow just spectacular! 1 , VIC, Australia, Aug 2016
Wow what an amazing time we all had on our wonderful trip through the Rockies !! With a group of 7 I enlisted Hannah from Global Journeys to help with planning and booking and I couldn't be happier with the service (thanks again Hannah). The Globus coach tour was great and the Rocky Mountaineer an amazing experience, the scenery was just picture book read more perfect all the way! Everything I had hoped for and more - until next time Hannah!
Very enjoyable & memorable experience 4 , QLD, Australia, May 2015
Our recent Majestic Rockies & Rocky Mountaineer Tour was a very enjoyable & memorable experience. We consider to overall rating of this tour as very good, but tended to be dampened somewhat by the substandard breakfast meal provided by the Vancouver nominated hotel, (Georgian Court). The remainder of the tour features were very commendable.
