I thoroughly enjoyed the trip throughout Alaska and the Yukon this September. It was the perfect time of the year to visit with all the stunning autumn colours. The northern lights were spectacular to see over multiple nights.
Wilderness and nature at its best in Alaska and the Yukon   5 , QLD, Australia, Jun 2019
The Globus Ultimate Alaska and The Yukon tour was magical. This tour took us to the wilderness, where with this amazing land, of forests, pure clean lakes and rivers, snow capped mountains and wildlife and humans live in harmony. Our driver and guides' knowledge was awesome, giving us insight into may wonders we didn't know existed. It was a step back ...read more in history and time.

There is nothing that I would complain about. Accommodation, food and tours were far better then any other group I have travelled with. The drive on The Top of the World Highway and the ferry crossing into Dawson City, was one of the many highlights, along with the Denali Tours, Glaciers and seeing grizzly & black bears, moose, caribou, red fox, snowshoe hare, Artic ground squirrels, seals otters, whales, dolphins and birds was more then we ever expected to see in the wild. Thank you Globus, you know how to show the country at its best.

Great Tour Guide and Driver who both went out of their way to make the tour for all 24 on the trip the most enjoyable and informative with many opportunities provided to make this trip excellent in all regards.
Excellent tour 3 , Australia, May 2014
Overall this tour was excellent. Our guide Mitzi was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about Alaska. She got on very well with bus driver Lane and you could tell they had known each other a long time. They had great teamwork and Lane's knowledge of the history etc was complimentary to Mitzi's, and I liked how she let him have his say. I also liked ...read more how they took us to some of their favourite places. Accommodation was very good when you realise how remote you are, especially in places like Tok. They were all clean and comfortable, although I did wonder why we didn't use The Best Western in Valdez which was situated right on the harbour. Although we did have some early starts the days never seemed to drag at any time. It did become a little tiresome looking for dinner to eat, especially when you tried to get away from the usual fish or burgers. Also I'm not sure why we stayed at the Alyeska Resort for dinner instead of having it back at the Sheraton. If we were staying there the night, then yes. However, as we had to drive back to Anchorage afterwards, I think a final dinner at the Sheraton would have been more appropriate.
