Grecian Fables - Idyllic 1 , VIC, Australia, Jun 2023
Our follow-on tour with Insight (prior trip was the Country Roads of Croatia) met with our expectations, albeit Europe is very expensive and will impact on our decision regarding future travel. Asia looks more attractive. Meteora was a stand out. The coach trips were at times, quite long. The cruise on a mid sized ship was terrific, not overcrowded read more and you could enjoy cruising. The islands were very nice. Insight needs to be more upfront with excursion costs pre booking so travellers know the real cost of the tours upfront. Further, we recommended to Insight that travellers wear name tags. It’s to difficult to remember 35 names in a short period of time.
Amazing Greece Holiday   1 , QLD, Australia, May 2019
Yvonne Brooks of Global Journeys was very helpful in assisting our booking with Insight Vacations for the holiday to Greece (Grecian Dreams). I would certainly come back to her when booking for my next trip (4th booking with her).

The inland tour (6 days) was amazing because we had a such great tour guide who could explain the history of Greece read more in a such way that made it easy for us to understand. We were lucky with the weather when cruising on Aegean seas. The entertainment provided on the Celestyal Cruises was very good but food was average. Our tour guide on the cruise was good for nothing (we got told that she was replacing the other tour guide because she/he was sick).

Overall our holiday was a pleasant one and hope that we can visit Greece again in the future.
Ancient Greece   1 , New Zealand, Sep 2018
It was really good having a guide who could be our local expert. Nina was excellent. Anna, our cruise director was also very good at getting us to the front of the line!
Meeting Ancient Greece 3 , VIC, Australia, Jul 2017
My wife chose this tour because neither of us had ever been to Greece, but we have had a long term interest in its history and culture. We thought the tour may offer us the chance to see a number of sites in a short time with the luxury of not having to manage the transport and our luggage - and it did! We had a thoroughly enjoyable time, managed read more the physical demands (despite our years) and learned a lot. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, but also patient and caring. Full marks to Insight for the detailed planning and management of this tour. We could not fault our accommodation or the coach and our driver was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We were grateful for the opportunities this offered, but for anyone at all put off by large crowds and mass organisation, this may not be for you.
Great Tour 1 , Australia, May 2016
This tour was all inclusive with no options added. Both the Tour Director and Bus driver were excellent and enhanced the experience. Tour pace was good and places visited excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to see Greece. The 4 day/3 night cruise was enough to get a feeling of the Greek Islands. One of the best Insight tours we read more have done. Will definitely use Insight again and book thru Global Journeys as it was extremely easy and very professional.
