Then travel south for lunch at a local restaurant and a visit to Multnomah Falls, the highest waterfall in Oregon. Continue to Portland for an orientation tour and free time. Explore one of the many craft breweries, music venues, or waterfront restaurants downtown on the Willamette River.

LOCAL FAVORITE - Local Indigenous tradition tells the story of a young woman who sacrificed herself at the falls to save her people from illness. This legendary spectacle of roaring waterfalls of Multnomah Falls plunges 620 feet in a dramatic two-tier cascade, creating one of the Pacific Northwest's most iconic natural landmarks. Enjoy spectacular views of the two-tier waterfall in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge, the only sea-level route through the Cascade Mountains.

Discover why Portland is called the “City of Roses” with a visit to Washington Park and the International Rose Test Garden. Depart Portland for Willamette Valley wine country and on to charming McMinnville for lunch. Continue to the quaint village of North Bend to your bayside hotel.
