Arrive in Bergen, in the heart of the Fjords, where you'll be greeted by small town charm despite it being the second largest city in Norway. With no scheduled activities through the afternoon, enjoy time to explore Bergen independently. Meet your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner in the historic Bryggen neighborhood.
Stroll along the historic and iconic Bryggen harbor front (UNESCO) on a guided walking tour of Bergen. Vibrant hues of historic wooden buildings and the salty sea breeze blends as you gain a sense of this area's long maritime history. The rest of the day is yours to explore Bergen at your leisure.
Heading north this morning, take in the striking scenery along your journey today. Stop for lunch in a village along the way, and continue on to the Nordfjord Folk Museum, an open-air cultural history museum depicting how Norwegians have lived from the 17th century to the modern day.
Later, arrive at the hotel for a relaxing evening and dinner.
Find yourself immersed in the enchanting landscapes of Norway's fjord region. Soak up the mesmerizing landscape on an exhilarating Geirangerfjord cruise in Geiranger (UNESCO). Reach great heights with today's adventures. This morning, ride the Loen Skylift, one of the world's steepest cable cars, for unrivaled views of the fjord landscape. Continue to the quaint village of Flåm, your gateway to the grandeur of Aulandsfjord. Traverse the terrain on the renowned Flåm Railway, one of the steepest train rides in the world, and climb 3,000 feet past rushing waterfalls, looming mountains, and picturesque valleys. Descend back into Flåm for your stay tonight.
Norway's impressive landscapes continue to weave their spell on you as you travel to Oslo today. On the way, visit the Borgund Stave Church, an awe-inspiring building dedicated in honor of the Apostle Andrew in 1180.

Accommodations selected were in the best possible location, close to the where the actions are. Our tour director was approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything went alright for us in this tour and would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends and relatives. We took the post-tour extension to Iceland too. Great place to visit but our local tour guide there was not as great as the one we had in Norway. Apart from that we enjoyed our trip overall.
