Arrive in Bergen, in the heart of the Fjords, where you'll be greeted by small town charm despite it being the second largest city in Norway. Meet your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner in the historic Bryggen neighborhood. (D) Stay: Scandic Ørnen (2 Nights)
Stroll along the historic and iconic Bryggen harbor front (UNESCO) on a guided walking tour of Bergen. Then hop aboard the fabulous Fløibanen funicular for a steep ride to the top of Mount Fløyen and enjoy spectacular views of the city, fjord, and mountains. The rest of the day is yours to explore Bergen at your leisure. (B)
Heading north this morning, take in the striking scenery along your journey today. Stop for lunch in a village along the way, and continue on to the Nordfjord Folk Museum, an open-air cultural history museum depicting how Norwegians have lived from the 17th century to the modern day.

Accommodations selected were in the best possible location, close to the where the actions are. Our tour director was approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything went alright for us in this tour and would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends and relatives. We took the post-tour extension to Iceland too. Great place to visit but our local tour guide there was not as great as the one we had in Norway. Apart from that we enjoyed our trip overall.
