Spend two nights in Orlando with time to visit one of the many attractions like the Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld—or just relax by the pool. Head back to Florida’s east coast to Cape Canaveral and tour the Kennedy Space Center, hub of America’s space program. Spend a night in Delray Beach, with its vibrant main street, thriving arts scene, and award-winning outdoor cafes before returning to Miami. The sunny shores of Southern Florida await you on this relaxing, fun-filled vacation!
Itinerary
Welcome to Miami! Your Tour Director is on hand late this afternoon to answer any questions.
Take an orientation tour of Miami and then head south to Everglades National Park, a 1.5 million-acre wetlands preserve on the southern tip of Florida. Take a walk on Anhinga Trail with its abundance of wildlife, including alligators, turtles, and anhingas. Continue south to the Overseas Highway, crossing 42 bridges through the Florida Keys to arrive at the southernmost town in the U.S., Key West. Consider visiting Mallory Square this evening to enjoy the spectacular sunset.
Today is at leisure. Perhaps board the Key West Trolley and listen to guides turn back the pages of history of this iconic, laid-back town that charmed the likes of Ernest Hemingway, Harry Truman, and Jimmy Buffet. Find your own Margaritaville with free time on the picturesque waterfront for shopping and dining or simply relaxing on the beach. (B)
Head back to the mainland and return to the subtropical wilderness of Everglades National Park. Board your airboat for a thrilling sightseeing ride through the swamplands where you will likely see alligators basking on the banks in the sun. Then overnight in Naples. (B)
Head north up the picturesque western Florida coastline to St. Pete Beach. Take an orientation tour and enjoy an evening at leisure.
Enjoy a full day to relax on the sugar-white-sand beach just steps from your hotel or choose to lounge by the pool. Or do both with ample leisure time!
Depart for a visit to Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park to view and learn about native Florida wildlife, including the endangered Florida panther, red wolf, flamingo, and three manatees rescued from the wild who call the park home. Then head to Orlando for a two-night stay.
The day is free to independently explore. Your Tour Director can give suggestions. Perhaps enjoy one of the many Orlando attractions such as Disney World Theme Park, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld, or just relax by the pool.
Depart Orlando for Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center, hub of America's space operations. Enjoy a NASA tour for insight into the achievements of America's space program. Afterward, head south for an overnight in Delray Beach where you can stroll along the shops or dine at one of its award-winning outdoor cafes.
Depart for Miami where your vacation ends this morning. Please schedule flights after 1 p.m. (B)

The standard of hotels was mostly excellent, especially in Miami where we were in a Hilton just a block from the beach. The pace of the tour was good with mostly two night stays and we covered all the places I wanted to see. Kennedy Space Centre and Key West were highlights for me but really it was all excellent.
With only 19 people we were always on time because everyone was so cooperative with punctuality and they were all lovely people. Our driver Tony skillfully negotiated the sometimes narrow streets and always had a smile, despite what would have been long days for him at times.
I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to take the stress out of driving themselves around as well as being able to gain knowledge you would never find if doing this yourself. Thank you again Cosmos for a wonderful holiday. I'll be back.
