Your tour begins in Amsterdam, the thriving 800-year-old capital of Holland. Take the day to get settled in and explore the city before joining your fellow travelers for a delicious welcome dinner. (D) Stay: Eden Hotel (3 Nights)
See the city the way it's meant to be seen – by canal. On your private boat, cruise under sloping bridges and pass by quintessential Dutch houses as you hear stories of the city's past and present. Step off the boat and into a local neighborhood where you'll explore further with your taste buds on a lunchtime tasting tour.
