I would highly recommend the Balkan Delight trip with Trafalgar! Our relatively small group (28 guests) travelled around Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro for 12 days with our excellent guide, Stuart, who introduced us to the culture, delicious foods, landscapes, history and most of all, the wonderful people. There were so many highlights, ...read more too many to mention: Bay of Kotor, Plitvice National Park, Dubrovnik, Havar Island, Sarajevo, Mostar, just to name a few. The tour provided an ideal mix of hotels all centrally located and offering value, comfort and convenience. There was also plenty of free time to explore on your own or take part in the many 'optionals'. I have toured in Europe several times with Trafalgar Tours and have been wonderfully pleased and never disappointed.

At short notice decided to book a tour of the Balkans with Trafalgar for my daughter and myself. Madeline at Global Journeys was a tremendous help throughout this process and her level of professionalism was outstanding. The tour went extremely well. The itinerary was well planned and well paced, allowing us time to enjoy the destinations at our leisure. Having also travelled with Globus and Cosmos, I would rate Trafalgar as the best choice and would certainly book future holidays through Global Journeys because of their knowledge and level of service with was first class.

Excellent choice of places visited and help by tour director to make it informative and enjoyable. He was very attentive to detail. Very interesting countries visited. The visit to Montenegro was very abbreviated and probably didn't justify the extra travel required. In general however it was excellent!

This tour was much better than the London to Rome trip. Much better paced, less crowds and much better value. The tour guide Gaspar was very good, and he did not pressure the passengers to take the optional experiences. Overall a very pleasurable experience
