Tour itself was quite good, but coach uncomfortable 3

The tour itself was quite good, but the coach was quite uncomfortable and they should have highlighted better what was and wasn't included. They need to fix the Wifi as it wasn't very usable.
Michelle at Global Journeys was a pleasure to deal with and always answered our emails promptly. The tour was wonderful and we visited many beautiful locations and had a lot of wonderful experiences.
We would have liked to see some of the Scottish Highlands and it was disappointing only really seeing Glasgow and Edinburgh. We stayed in Glasgow two nights and saw nothing in the city! The Tour Guide was lovely and she really made the trip interesting. It was some long days on the bus and the panoramic bus tours in the cities were too long. It would read more have been better for us to walk around the city on foot. We did enjoy the things and places we saw and it was all well run and smoothly operated.
We had the most wonderful tour director called Daisy. She filled our minds, body and souls with the wonders of this tour. We meet some wonderful people and had a fun time with them. Unfortunately, the pace was a bit fast and we didnt seem to have enough time to really explore, but it gave us a taste and Daisy showed us things and places we would not read more have seen if we werent on this trip. The accommodation was fine but some of the in house dinners were less than fine.

Excellent tour made even greater by our tour director Martine. Her insight and knowledge about the places made it nice and easy for us to navigate about as a group or on our individual free time. We've seen and been to places that's not easily accessible if we've done it on our own.

This was a fabulous tour which far exceeded our expectations, the tour director, coach driver and optional tours were wonderful, we were looked after extremely well to make sure we had a good time, we would thoroughly recommend this tour to everyone.
Everything was catered for and our Tour Director was brilliant. The accommodation was better than I expected for the cost.

This was a wonderful holiday and was enjoyed very much. Terrific tour director and driver, lots of information and knowledge, saw a lot in a short space of time. This was a shorter tour seeing a lot of the area so best thing is to return to those you liked best. Would have loved to spend a little more time at Titanic Experience, only pausing to take read more photos, perhaps this could be a possibility on future tours. Enjoyed meals in hotel, accommodations were very good. Would stop at the hotel for coach pickup if I came on another tour - overall wonderful tour and will recommend Global Journeys to friends.
Bob and I could find no fault whatsoever with our tour or our bookings. It was all so wonderful. We can't say what was best as it was all excellent. We really believe everyone should go on this tour. Our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable about Italy and in turn we learned a lot about Italy. Would definitely travel with CostSaver again. Thank read more you for a wonderful experience.

The tour was excellent! Everything went smoothly and it was the trip of a lifetime. The only negative would be lack of legroom in the coach. Every experience was fantastic and so well organised. We will be recommending this tour to our family and friends. Kind regards Cherie Rist
The tour was wonderful and our tour director, Daren Xavier Blake, was excellent. He was extremely warm, friendly and great fun.
Our tour with Trafalgar was very good, it was a bit hectic but it covered many famous places and scenic places. The tour director Mike Kobrak did excellent job considering the number of people on the tour and the large crowds at many famous places. The standard of the accommodation varied but overall it was good, likewise the meals. Overall I think read more the whole tour was good value when you consider that Europe is an expensive place. I had no need to contact Global Journeys with any problems either before we went away or on tour so I will have to give you a score of 10 out of 10. Thank you for your efficiency in organizing everything.

Our Tour was well planned and we saw many wonderful sites and learnt about the history of the beautiful country we visited. Our holiday was enjoyable mainly through our Tour Leader Franco and our wonderful driver Vito. The hotel accommodation was good and the food excellent, especially the breakfasts. I would certainly recommend a Trafalgar tour in the future.
We had a wonderful time - just getting over jet lag now! We couldn't fault Trafalgar at all - everything ran smoothly and we were amazed at how well organised everything was! Our tour guide Michael Doherty was fantastic with his broad and comprehensive knowledge. Our bus driver Maurizio, was also amazing - very safe and clever driver, getting us to read more where we needed to be safely and on time! We saw so much in such a small amount of time, and would have loved to stay at some places much longer. It was a great tour in giving you a taste of every country and an idea of where you would like to come back to. Thank you Global Journeys for your service - it has been wonderful. Every time we had a query, you were able to give us the answer quickly Hannah - we appreciate this and all of your help. It helped make the whole experience a wonderful one!
Poland and Russia were fantastic 6

The trip was good and interesting. Air conditioning not very good in some hotels - i.e. Berlin which was a little uncomfortable. Too little time in Stockholm and Helsinki. Poland and Russia were fantastic.
Tour was excellent value for money having in mind this was a CostSaver tour. Alan, our Tour Director was very professional and knowledgeable. Dave's driving skills were excellent and he manouvred the coach in a very skillful manner into very tight parking spots. The itinerary was very good and the optional excursion/dining experiences were excellent. read more The hotel accommodation was quite good overall and of course, as could be expected, was of a higher standard in the more regional areas.
Enjoyed the whole tour immensely and would recommend it 7
European Discoverer With 3-Day Aegean Cruise

Bruce and myself had a great trip although a little hectic at times. Lucian our tour director was very helpful and nothing was any trouble to him as was also our driver Guiseppi. We loved the cruise in the middle of the tour which was very relaxing. Everybody on the tour was friendly. We enjoyed the whole tour immensely and would recommend it.

Unfortunately this tour followed an exceptional tour in Europe and although as a group we got on well and the actual tour itself, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, was great - it was nowhere near as well organised by the Tour Guide. The pace of the tour was kept at a medium/fast pace which did not auger well for the slower and more infirm. Often read more when the slower group caught up with the guide and the more agile, the information given of the site had been missed. Had the guide used the VOX machines this would not have been so much of a problem as those lagging could have heard the explanation, but unfortunately although the speakers had been requested they were not used. The tour and the places visited etc were great, the driver was a joy but part of the enjoyment was removed because of the disorganisation of the guide - he was personable, amusing in the most part. Our coach tour was amazing - thank you Georgie for organizing this for us. We have now learned how it all 'works' and are keen to go again! We were blessed with an enthusiastic and energetic tour guide which without doubt enhanced the tour greatly. Every day was full of possibilities and fun! We'll never remember all the history and other information read more Brek shared with us en route but what we did hear made an enormous impact on our understanding / future memories and of course the enjoyment of the tour. His attention to detail was unbelievable and something we ourselves didn't expect. Everything was accepted as important and nothing was forgotten - what else could you ask for !! Our Italian coach driver was wonderful also - right on time for every occasion - always pleased to help and go the 'extra' when necessary. How he missed all the possible incidents with the traffic on the highways was amazing - he deserves a medal! We chose to do all the 'options' offered on the tour and that was great but the offside was that we ended up with very little spare time to just wander around and 'smell the roses' so to speak. However we were pleased that we did everything possible on this tour to make the most of the experiences in each country we visited. To recommend a trip with Trafalgar? Absolutely! We not only enjoyed the places we saw on our tour we were pleased with the whole plan and smooth organization of the tour throughout. It doesn't stop there either - we made many friends on the tour that we will no doubt communicate with and get to know more in the future. Thank you.
I came across Global Journey's via a Google search when looking for other ways to book the Trafalgar tour my husband and I were interested in. Michelle was great in responding to my email the next day (as I sent my email on the Sunday). I was really happy with the quote as it suited what we were looking for and very competitive in price. Michelle was read more very helpful too by adjusting some details of our booking in regards to flights and pre/post accommodation to add to our overall travel experience. When payment was required, it was very easy to bank deposit to secure our booking. Our travel plans ended up being 5 weeks before departing. Leading up, Michelle was informative and proactive by forwarding on confirmations, details to register online with Tragfalar and also confirming postal address details to send our documents through. Finally extending her customer service be be of any other assistance we may need.
