Tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was great funny and helpful. Would love to tour with him again as he was full of information and facts. Certainly would recommend our guide to anyone and the holiday as well.

Be prepared for a whirlwind tour in comfort. The Cosmos coach was roomy with good legroom. Every day seats were allocated in rotation, so everybody had a chance to sit up front, middle and rear of the coach. About every 2 hours or less the coach stopped for a comfort and coffee stop, often in a place of interest or scenic beauty. The pace was fast with read more early morning starts the norm. There were only a couple of 2 night stops and they were appreciated after packing and unpacking everyday. The group of 44 on the bus were mainly Caucasian, English speaking Australians, Canadians and Americans, friendly enough but never really gelled as a group, but it was argument and dispute free.
A little disappointing was that many of the stops where there was an attraction, that no admission tickets were included , the tour was well priced but personally we would have preferred to pay just a little extra and have these entrance fees included. If we had no interest in the attraction on offer, apart from the usual woollen and souvenir/cafe shops, time was wasted while those who chose to see the attraction were away. Be sure to take a good book to while away the waits.

We were first time travellers with Cosmos and I have to say we were both pleasantly surprised. In fact we really couldn't fault them. The accommodation in all instances were spacious, comfortable and very well located. Our tour director Sue was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the tour and couldn't have been more helpful. Our driver Neil was read more very capable and always mindful of opportunities to stop when wildlife was spotted. We would not hesitate to recommend Cosmos as a tour company and we fully intend to travel with them again. Global Journeys who organised our travel arrangements for the second time now were as before very efficient.
I found some of the excursions a bit misleading, especially in Denali. A whole list but you could only have time for two at the most. The wildlife walk was more botanical than wildlife and not worth $115.
Following on from beautiful Canada, Alaska was equally fantastic. The rugged beauty of Alaska and from the coach, seeing native animals in their natural environment was unexpected bonus. The trip was well organized and the people on the tour were great company.
Look, there's not much I'd want to change with this wonderful tour. I can't express how amazing our Tour Leader, Helen, was. Such a lovely taste of everything UK... some places I need to return to and others I could have done with less time in. Having said that, we were there at a very busy time of the year and this most likely affected our view. I read more was happy with the accommodation, some issues at places, but it's really the least of your trip. Baggage was handled for us at every stop which was marvellous.
Some of the excursions were phenomenal (do not miss Bunratty Castle evening!), others not so much, but it's all still part of the experience. Plenty of free time to find your own feet, which I appreciate as I like to 'feel' a city on the public transport systems and chatting with the locals. Lots of included meals (quite expensive to eat and drink in the UK). My special tip: go straight to the lounge on the ferry crossings... will cost you a few $, but better seating, drinks and food included, and toilet facilities.

I enjoyed the trip. In general all was good and particularly liked the Rocky Mountaineer train and the coach trip. The Tour Director Dane Wilson was excellent. Accommodation in Jasper can be reviewed and it is not up to standard. I am not very impressed with Holland America Cruise. I have travelled by other cruises ships and Holland America is not of value for money.

Global Journeys (Yvonne Brooks) organised our holiday perfectly - she was always very prompt to answer questions (which she did fully), she was very efficient with the booking and even kept us updated with changes to our hotels after the booking had started. I cannot more highly recommend Yvonne.
Our Cosmos Tour was enjoyable. It provided value for read more money and was a great introduction to Europe. As I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter I was pleased that there were quite a few other families with kids on our tour - in fact I think about 15 of the 42 on the coach were under 20.
The tour director was good and the bus driver very safe. The optional tour to Mt Titlis while quite expensive was a highlight and absolutely worthwhile. The hotels on the whole were adequate and reflected the budget tour cost - the only disappointment was that a couple of the hotels (in Rome and Paris) were a bit further out than ideal - which ruled out walking to sites. By comparison the hotel in London was well located and among the best of all the hotels we stayed at.

This was a great tour, suitable for all ages. It covered a large part of Canada, filled with amazing views and great experiences while not being too physically demanding. The tour guide Jennifer was fantastic, she was friendly, informative and broke up the hours of travel with numerous interesting stops in between and created an inclusive group environment read more for the entirety of the tour. There was adequate free time to explore, balanced with a large variety of included and extra activities. Our tour driver Todd was safe and courteous, always ensuring we all arrived at our destination safely.
I highly recommend this tour for the convenience of having the same tour bus and extensive local knowledge of the tour guide and driver throughout. Having booked this tour to celebrate a milestone birthday, it was a easy booking experience, with our many queries quickly answered and accommodations made as this was the last part of a multi country long trip. Unfortunately, this was our last international trip before COVID but we are definitely planning to travel with Cosmos and book through Global Journeys again.

I absolutely loved this tour. Ireland is so beautiful. Our tour guide Julian Cleary was so knowledgeable and entertaining. I liked the way we were free to do our own thing on some of the excursions. Hotels were great.
Idyllic Iceland 2

The weather was sunny days and not as cold as I expected. The scenery was excellent. The tour director and driver were good, and only 20 people on the coach in total. Travellers were from all parts of the world - the Americans were fun people to travel with. The rooms are very small and basic and food is dearer but that to be expected. Good supermarkets read more especially the 'Bonus' supermarkets. You have to go to breakfast early as they run out of food.
Madeline at Global Journeys deserves a big pat on the back, as she did an excellent job with good suggestions. Others thinking of going to Iceland I recommend going to the west coast on the peninsular and the south coast for the scenery. The circle was very crowded with cruise ship tours. Cosmos has done an excellent job in planning this tour of Venice, Slovenia, Croatia & Montenegro. It is amazing how much we saw in the time. Our Tour Director and Driver went out of their way to help everyone get the most out of the tour. Although half of us were from Australia, the group covered six countries and a wide range of ages. Everyone mixed read more in well and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
We have done several tours with Cosmos and enjoyed every one, they have all been excellent value. At Portoroz our hotel was on the waterfront, but others were out of town. This didn't really matter. There was an included dinner on the first night at every place and our Tour Director gave us a range of suggestions for the other nights. Jemma, our consultant from Global Journeys, gave us excellent service, always replying promptly and helpfully to our emails.

The trip was at a nice pace covered some very interesting places, the tour leader was very helpful. More time in Munich and Vienna would have been an advantage for sight seeing. Overall value for money.
Every day a new highlight, great architecture, lovely scenery and a well organised tour. The tour covered all the areas we wanted to see at a reasonable pace with nice hotels. Dinner nights proved to be a great way for people to have fun and get to know each other.

Just returned from a fabulous tour of Scandinavia. We did our entire booking online through Global Journeys and it went very smoothly, no hiccups and was really easy. The information we received regarding our tour was all inclusive and arrived in plenty of time to peruse carefully before leaving. We had no questions and no stress with this trip.
The read more trip itself was lovely. Our accommodation was very good, the tour coach was excellent and we were very well informed and looked after by our lovely tour guide. I felt like we saw a lot and with the extra optional tours and sufficient free time I feel like we missed nothing. It was a very satisfying trip, my third with Cosmos and definitely not my last.

Ultimate South America with Brazil's Amazon & Galapagos Cruise

The Cosmos Ultimate South America Tour was a wonderful way to see the highlights of South America. But be warned that to do this you will have to fly a lot, especially if you include the Galapagos and Amazon. The Tour guide helped make the flights easier though perhaps up to a quarter of your time may be used in the flights. Accommodation and food was read more very good, as were included excursions.
There could have been more information however on the optional excursions, which were a bit pricey for what you got. For instance the Sugar Loaf Tour in Rio at about US$70 per person was done by us for US$17 (half price lift ticket for 65 plus) and US$34 by walking 30 minutes from our hotel at Copacabana to the cable car station, and we went early in the morning and massively beat the tourist congestion.
One limitation on the Cosmos support was that after we left our main guide in Lima, the replacement guides in Quito and Guayaquil were quite poor. The Galapagos Cruise was extremely good including service and facilities as well as sights. Globus support in planning the trip was great, but Qantas made a lot of changes to our flights which caused some problems.

We enjoyed the tour. Would book with Global Journeys again. Also with the tour operator, Cosmos. Everyone thought it was one of the best tours they had undertaken. The weather was hot so would consider going in a different month.
I loved this tour. A friendly inclusive group of 30 from five countries contributed greatly to my enjoyment, as did our wonderful tour director, Alice, and extremely skilled and likeable coach driver, Tom. We covered so much of France during this tour and I was very happy with the pace, as it more than met all my expectations in seeing and experiencing read more as much of this great country as possible over two weeks. Many varied and unforgettable moments.

The scenery on the coast was fantastic, we did enjoy it and the safari tour was good. We had a good mix in our group and the tour guide was very good at explaining the things related to each particular place that we were going through.
