Great way to experience Hawaii. The 4 islands were so different and definitely worth seeing to get a better experience of Hawaii. Perfect amount of inclusions. Beautiful canyons, waterfalls, beaches and variety of plantations. Nice meals included. Good hotels and tour size. Lovely weather. Not too hot. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first organised overseas tour. Pat, our Globus Tour Director was very well organised and knowledgable. Tour highlights included Pearl Harbour, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Kona Coffee Living History Farm, Luau and performance by Polynesian musicians and dancers, Waimea Canyon and Iao Valley. We travelled in October and found this to read more be a good time of the year to be in Hawaii. Our tour group size was 36 which we thought was a satisfactory size as we got to know most of the group. We found the organisation by Georgie at Global Journeys to be very efficient and professional.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii, the people were very friendly and sang beautifully. The trip was excellent, and ran smoothly. Our fellow companions were great and we had a lot of fun. Our guide Tom was a lot of fun, and very informative. Once again Hannah was the best, answered my emails promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. Unknown to us this tour was merged with another tour out of the USA which was a three Island tour which started two days before our four island tour started and finished a few days early than our tour. Our tour guide sent us an email prior to arrival saying that some of the optional extras shown in our Trafalgar documents were not available as they read more had been undertaken in the days prior to our arrival. This resulted in a tense meeting with the tour guide on our arrival day where we requested that the optional extras be made available to us.
We resolved the issue and were able to undertake the optional extras excluded on some of the other islands rather than Oahu. The tour guide once on board with our requests did an excellent job of arranging the optional extras for us. This was our 7th Trafalgar tour and the first time we have experienced this problem.

Hawaii, a place heard about in songs and movies. Lives up to the image, everywhere is a postcard picture. The hotels were great to start and just kept getting better with each change. Breakfast on an open balcony on top of a black lava rock looking out at the Pacific Ocean, later that night wait for the lights to come on and watch the manta rays come read more to the surface to feed, or maybe dining sitting beside a lagoon with waterfalls swans and ducks, you get to do all this plus much more.The tour through Hawaii (the Big Island) Volcano national park is spectacular. The roads follow the shore line. Ocean on one side and beautiful mountains on the other. Just great would gladly go back. This was our 4th trip with Global Journeys and our 2nd with Trafalgar, everything went according to plan, no worries.
