Continue to Arrowtown, a charming gold rush village steeped in history, before an evening to remember aboard the vintage TSS Earnslaw across Lake Wakatipu. At Walter Peak High Country Farm, savour a gourmet barbecue dinner at the Colonel's Homestead against the backdrop of the Remarkables.
