If you are looking for a fast paced tour, where you see a lot in a short period of time, then this is your tour. Be prepared for lots of coach travel and long days however. Given it was a short trip (7 days) and lots of coach travel, it was a little limiting in getting to know other travellers however if you want to cover a lot of territories in a ...read more short period then this is the trip for you. Would be good to have broken up the last day with a wine-tasting stop in France and would have been happy to start earlier and have lunch there.

The tour as a whole was very good. I would have liked more time in Amsterdam as I do like to have a look around and shop. We had no shopping time at all. Whilst it was nice visiting the Cuckoo Clock House I would have preferred to spend less time there and more time at Rhein Falls in Schaffhausen, there was more to do there. Our Tour Director - Debra - had 27 yrs experience, so had vast knowledge about all the countries we visited. Everything was organised for us, beautiful accommodation, great optional tours - well worth doing. Plenty of free time to go shopping or exploring. Made many new friends from all over the world. Fantastic!

We were very late in booking our trip but received excellent service from Georgie at Global Journeys who communicated with us very speedily following our inquiries and ensured that all documentation was forwarded to us in time for our departure from Australia some five weeks before the actual tour. Overall the tour was very enjoyable with an excellent and very experienced and informative tour director who did her very best to ensure that value was added to our trip whenever possible. Unfortunately she had no control over the three days of rain in Germany and Switzerland but this did not prevent anyone from enjoying themselves. (Ed. We are working on this! :) Thank you to Linda and our driver for contributing to the enjoyment of our trip. Overall everything went as planned and we even managed some extras along the way. Both my husband and myself would recommend Global Journeys and Trafalgar to our friends and acquaintances.

We had a fantastic time, I have to admit it was all very well orchestrated by the tour guide, I will defiantly have no hesitation to travel with your company again and recommend you to my family and friends. Thank You .

Global Journeys' booking process is good with Hannah responding quickly with information required. On arrival at the airport, Trafalgar staff met us promptly at designated time and place. Perhaps more airport pick-up and drop-off times would make things more convenient.
