This was a very well planned and executed trip, allowing us to experience a great array of both monuments and everyday Egyptian life. The ubiquitous presence of insistent hawkers and vendors everywhere was definitely intrusive and unwelcome….this was the only downside for me. The tour guide was a qualified Egyptologist and provided us with fantastic background and information about every place we visited, which made the whole tour that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy history and the natural world this is a great experience…sorry should add, and enjoy very hot weather!! 🥵
