We had a great group of people on our bus. Everybody got along well. David our Driver got us every where on time. Catarina our Tour Director told a lot of stories and kept us informed. Great trip.

We had no idea what to expect from Cosmos and were pleasantly surprised. We had an exceptional driver Todd and Tour Director Doug who was a font of interesting information throughout the tour and made sure that everyone was comfortable. Canada is beautiful! Each and every day revealed so many highlights, so in a nutshell – the whole tour was a string of highlights, well organised and certainly really good value for money; in fact we’ve seen and experienced much more than we could expect, imagine or wish for!

The CosmosGo app is very easy to use and provides lots of information at one’s fingertips and what is more, the tour details stay on the app as a Past Trip. Accommodation everywhere was very good and well located with regards to obtaining food. In addition we made stops along the way each day to buy food as needed. We experienced pleasant weather with mostly clear skies throughout and were part of a lovely, easy going group of people from the USA, Canada, UK, Gibraltar and Australia. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this tour and Global Journeys!

We started our trip early in June and that was a great time to go for us, before it got too hot and there was still snow on the peaks which made the scenery even more spectacular. The accommodation was great, all the rooms were large. Our fellow travelling companions were a mixed lot from Canada, USA, UK, India and Australia and all got along well.

We have had an amazing tour. Hassle free from reservation to end of the tour. The places we visited and sightseeing were all well planned. Accommodation selected at all locations were near eatery, grocery and other shopping areas, conveniently located. What an incredible 2 week global journey through the Canadian Rockies hosted by 10/10 Tour Director, Sharon Sawatzky, paired with highly skilled coach driver, Mike. Spring was a great time to go to see endless stunning scenery, lakes (although some still covered with ice, so not showing their usual colour), snow on the mountain peaks & an abundance ...read more of wildlife, including bears
(on several occasions) moose, elk, mule deer, orcas, ground squirrels, coyote cubs, marmot, bald eagle fledglings.

The accomodation was generally very good, the stopover towns that included free days were very well chosen. There was a good range of optional extra tours. Highlight for me was finally getting all the way to Jasper this time, travelling along the Icefields parkway, one of the top 4 most beautiful highways in the world & also the Ice Explorer experience on the Athabasca glacier, not to mention the wildlife sightings. Early morning snow in Banff then the weather clearing so we could do the gondola ride to Sulphur Mountain, the views down into the valley & the boardwalk to the summit.

Whistler was almost as beautiful as I remember, however Autumn/Fall is definitely the best time with the lovely colours in the leaves, although the tulips provided a lovely splash of colour this time. Sun Peaks was a beautiful little alpine ski village. Mt. Robson was a sight to behold. The Capilano suspension bridge, skywalk & boardwalk in North Vancouver are a must see & Granville Is. markets on the waterfront were fantastic. Soooo many highlights really, never-ending spectacular scenery, some great memories & wonderful new friendships made.

Sharon's commentary was fantastic. Her extensive knowledge of each area we visited, the history, facts, stats was mindblowing. Her great sense of humour was enjoyed by all. She was very well organised, patient, extremely helpful & easy to get along with. Nothing was any trouble to her. Mike's driving skills were impressive. We always felt safe irrespective of what terrain or weather we were travelling in. Overall, 10/10 for this amazing tour. Very highly recommended.

We started our Cosmos tour in Vancouver on April 29. The weather was perfect the entire trip and lots of wildlife to see. We really enjoyed our tour through Canada. The scenery is so beautiful. I was surprised a lot of lakes were still iced over in May and some areas were closed, but we had snowfall in Banff which was magical. Have used Cosmos before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Canada is an amazing country. The tour does a loop through the Canadian Rockies, and the scenery changes every day. We saw rugged mountains, rivers and streams, glaciers, snow fields and wildlife everywhere. The days traveling weren't too long, but you were always on the go. My partner and I loved this introductory tour to the Rockies! The tour was a great mix of time with the group and free/leisure time to ourselves to explore places in the Rockies such as Jasper, Banff and Whistler. OMG, what an adventure we had during our Rockies tour, from beautiful scenery, to Snow at Sun Peaks in July to the ice explorer and walking on a Glacier to seeing bears, our group was amazing our Tour Director Heather- Fabulous and our Driver David outstanding.

This trip was far more than we ever expected. Our driver Adrian and hostess Shelley helped to make this special. Every corner of Canada is an Ooh or Aah moment. Tour guide Brad was amazing and gave us a lot of information about all the places we went. Brad often tells funny jokes too to make the coach tour more interesting. We had a good trip with Cosmos. The Rockys are very picturesque. The hotels were good, comfy beds. Be prepared for early morning departures and fairly long days. It was good that some of the sightseeing was included.

We would like to praise our tour director, Caterina Armeni who was the most amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person we have ever experienced on a Cosmos tour. Even if we had rain, Caterina brought sunshine with her every morning as we got onto our coach. The actual tour itself was wonderful and we got to visit so many places we had only seen in pictures but in real life, the magnificence of the Canadian Rockies is breathtaking. We had the bonus of early snow falls which did not cause any problems with our travelling, but added even more beauty if that was even possible. Day to day travelling on this tour was not long and we were able to enjoy each destination on arrival, with plenty of time to explore beautiful towns like Banff, Jasper and Whistler. Some of the included excursions were a tour of the Summerhill Winery in Kelowna, the beautiful Lake Louise, an explorer shuttle onto the Athabasca Glacier and time at Butchart Gardens in Victoria. There were many optional tours to choose from and it was hard to decide which ones to take but our favourite would have to have been a Seaplane Glacier flight in Whistler.

For excellent value for money its hard to look beyond Cosmos and booking with Global Journeys is a no brainer, they always do a perfect job of organising every tour we have taken with them and we can't thank them enough.

This was truly an amazing holiday booked through Global Journeys. All went very smoothly, took the worry out of us having to organise it and Global Journeys has so many trips so you can compare. I felt that Cosmos exceeded our expectations with our excellent guide, and great accommodation and plenty of time to ourselves as well. This trip is a must ...read more I really liked the relaxed way, no meals were included but that did not bother us as there are so many places to eat, we took cereal with us, bought fruit and went out at night.

All the hotels were centrally located. The optional extras were not forced onto anyone you could do some or none completely up to you, the ones we took were so much fun. I never dreamt that at my age I would be zip lining through dense forest high up in the mountains it was just brilliant. Overall this was a well organised tour with a great tour director and I would not hesitate to book again with Global Journeys or Cosmos.

The tour was excellent from every angle, had a well informed tour guide & great driver which made the tour relaxing. Weather was excellent, and the scenery in Canadian Rockies is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our coach tour of the Rockies. Booking online with Global Journeys was very easy and efficient. On the tour our guide Dan was very knowledgeable, not only about the area in which we were travelling, but he also gave us lots of information about Canada generally, all the while keeping us entertained with music, DVDs and the occasional ...read more quiz. Our driver Keith was courteous, helpful and always cheerful, but most importantly, a careful driver.

We loved how this tour had four free days which broke up the routine of early starts and sometimes long days on the coach. Those long days though were well paced with frequent stops. The accommodation was excellent with one exception being the Sandman in Vancouver. Some guests had good rooms, others not. Ours was small with no fridge or microwave. The air conditioning was noisy. The location of the hotel was good, however. We fully recommend this Cosmos coach tour.

This trip was my first overseas experience and it was fantastic. Elaine Wright the tour director was fantastic and was extremely knowledgeable and had everything and all 43 travellers organised and on time every day. Mike the driver was great as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Cosmos as a tour company and we fully intend to travel with them again. Global Journeys who organised our travel arrangements for the second time now were as before very efficient.

This was a great tour, suitable for all ages. It covered a large part of Canada, filled with amazing views and great experiences while not being too physically demanding. I highly recommend this tour for the convenience of having the same tour bus and extensive local knowledge of the tour guide and driver throughout. Having booked this tour to celebrate a milestone birthday, it was a easy booking experience, with our many queries quickly answered and accommodations made as this was the last part of a multi country long trip. Unfortunately, this was our last international trip before COVID but we are definitely planning to travel with Cosmos and book through Global Journeys again.
