Relish the best of sand, sun and sea on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale with Princess. The most popular beach resort in Florida is even more rightly famed as the "Yachting Capital of the World," with more than 40,000 registered crafts calling its waters home. The city also prides itself on being the "Venice of America" with more than 300 miles of navigable waterways.
Princess ships generally berth at Pier 2/Terminal 2 in Port Everglades, which is located in the Northport section. This facility is used for both embarkation and disembarkation. Luggage collection, check-in, and immigration and customs inspections are all conducted on the ground level. The second level provides seating for passengers who have been checked in and are waiting to board. On days when multiple ships are in port, another berth may be assigned. Ship pier/terminal assignments are posted at the entrance of the port and will direct you to the appropriate location.
Love Sabatini’s? (Or really good Italian dinners?) You’ll be happy to hear this popular specialty restaurant has returned to its roots. Think traditional Italian comfort cuisine. Our new menu embraces the old: tried-and-true family recipes our chefs brought with them from Italy, plus exquisite Italian wines and cocktails. You can even enjoy some shareable plates exclusively at Sabatini’s Trattoria.
Beach masterpieces of silky white sand and sparkling water shifting from turquoise to royal blue welcome you to idyllic Grand Turk. The capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands is a small island bursting with turn-of-the-century charm, retaining the look and feel of the Caribbean 40 years ago. Ships will dock at the Grand Turk Cruise Centre.
Top Things to Do on Grand Turk Island:
Add a new twist or two to your dance moves with a wide variety of fun classes like country line dancing, ballroom, salsa, and more. Get your heart pumping with a high energy Zumba class or take your sweetheart for a spin on one of our pulsating night clubs.
Dutch influence still lingers on this balmy Caribbean island, part of the former Netherlands Antilles until its independence in 1986. Aruba is a contrast, the island's arid interior is dotted with cactus and windswept divi-divi trees while secluded coves and sandy beaches make up its coast.
Top Things to Do in Aruba:
Incredibly white sands and cobalt blue seas make the small island of Aruba a popular destination. In the bustling freeport town of Oranjestad, sherbet-coloured Dutch colonial buildings, draped in bougainvillea, oleander and hibiscus are simply picturesque. Ships will dock at the cruise terminal.
Top Things to Do in Oranjestad:
Discover a touch of old Amsterdam transported to an island paradise. The capital of the Caribbean island Curacao, Willemstad is famous for its technicolour UNESCO World Heritage Site city centre. Ships will dock at the port.
Top Things to Do in Willemstad:
Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, welcomes cruise ships at the North and South Piers. The town center is a mere 500 meters (0.3 miles) away, easily reachable on foot within 5-10 minutes. This proximity allows travelers to explore Kralendijk’s charming streets, colorful buildings, and local shops without hassle. A short trip of about 8 kilometers (5 miles) takes you to the stunning beaches of Lac Bay.
It’s no surprise The Shops are awarded “Best Onboard Shopping” from Porthole magazine year after year. You’ll find fine merchandise from brands like Swarovski, Chanel, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Lancôme, Calvin Klein, Citizen and Tissot, plus local crafts, keepsakes and souvenirs. Venues vary by ship and are subject to change.
San Juan's picturesque cobblestone streets, plazas and chapels reflect its Spanish heritage. But the second oldest city in the Americas also boasts fine beaches, lush rainforests, verdant mountainsides, imposing forts and a lovely tropical climate. Ships will dock at this port.
