Itinerary

Your tour starts with a pick-up in Perth - journey by custom designed 4WD to Busselton. Board the Busselton Jetty train and relax while the train driver takes you on a 1.7-kilometre journey across the calm, clear waters of Geographe Bay.  Continue onto Pullman Bunker Bay, home for the next three nights. Today is all about sampling the region's outstanding produce. Start with a visit to a local chocolate factory, located on a peaceful and picturesque rural property just 20 minutes from Margaret River. Visitors are treated to free chocolate tastings, interactive displays, viewing windows to watch the chocolate products being made and a friendly atmosphere. After lunch, sample a decadent range of nougat created in store at Bettenay's Margaret River, which specialises in witn and nougat. There'll be time to treat yourself to coffee by the lake on the beautiful grounds. (B/L)

Start your day with a tour of Jewel Cave, a magical, crystal-encrusted wonder comprising of three massive chambers. It is also home to one of the longest straw stalactites found in any tourist cave in Australia. Stroll the grounds of Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia, where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet.

Take a trip through maritime history during a visit to the Interpretive Centre and learn how this famous landmark was constructed from local limestone in 1895 and is still a vital working lighthouse for vessels navigating the treacherous cape. Return to your resort to enjoy some relaxation with an afternoon at leisure. Perhaps stroll the beach, have a hit of tennis or simply relax by the pool. (B/D)

This morning, enjoy free time at the Margaret River Farmer's Market, where you'll find the region's finest seasonal farm produce and artisan foods. Browse the retail stores along the main street before heading to Pemberton to board the Pemberton Tram, which conveys tourists through deep forests and picturesque countryside as well as recreating the history of the timber railways that were so important to the region's development and growth. Following a Signature Experience dinner at Jaspers Bar, enjoy a restful evening at the Karri Valley Resort on the edge of the tranquil Lake Beedelup. Stay Two Nights: Karri Valley Resort (B/D)

Sample truffle infused products and enjoy a delightful lunch. Enjoy time at leisure this afternoon when you return to your accommodation at the beautiful Karri Valley Resort. Perhaps climb into a kayak and enjoy a paddle on Lake Beedelup.

You may also enjoy a hike through native bushland to the soothing Beedelup Falls, which cascade down a series of rockfaces between stands of giant karri trees. Or kick your feet up and take in this stunning setting before a farewell dinner at the resort's Lakeside Restaurant this evening. (B/L/D)
