A truly wonderful trip - great value for money. Our guide Giovanna gave us a great commentary along the way and was very organised. The coach was new & very comfortable and had included wifi and power outlets for charging our electronic devices which was a bonus. If Trafalgar Costsaver is the 'budget' option I'm not sure what else you'd need by paying more. This was my first Coach Tour experience and I'll be going again - I'm sure I did more and saw more than if I'd travelled independently. Yvonne from Global Journeys who organised my travel was very helpful and answered all my queries promptly either by phone or e-mail.

I think there is so much to see in Edinburgh that the accomodation should be there not Glasgow, spend a half day in Glasgow and two in Edinburgh, 4 hrs is not enough time to see anything. A night in Belfast would be good, not just a drive thru the City. Dublin to see a lot you need at a full day, there should be enough time in Windsor to some exploring. ...read more It really is just a sightseeing tour. On the whole we loved the trip, to get a taste to go back and tour by car.

I would recommend Trafalgar tours to anyone, Costsaver experience was exceptional, although fairly fast paced. The optional excursion experiences made the holiday and recommend travellers to budget and take advantage of these.

The tour itself was quite good, but the coach was quite uncomfortable and they should have highlighted better what was and wasn't included. They need to fix the Wifi as it wasn't very usable.

Michelle at Global Journeys was a pleasure to deal with and always answered our emails promptly. The tour was wonderful and we visited many beautiful locations and had a lot of wonderful experiences.

We would have liked to see some of the Scottish Highlands and it was disappointing only really seeing Glasgow and Edinburgh. We stayed in Glasgow two nights and saw nothing in the city! We had the most wonderful tour director called Daisy. She filled our minds, body and souls with the wonders of this tour. We meet some wonderful people and had a fun time with them. The accommodation was fine but some of the in house dinners were less than fine.

Excellent tour made even greater by our tour director Martine. Her insight and knowledge about the places made it nice and easy for us to navigate about as a group or on our individual free time. We've seen and been to places that's not easily accessible if we've done it on our own.

This was a fabulous tour which far exceeded our expectations, the tour director, coach driver and optional tours were wonderful, we were looked after extremely well to make sure we had a good time, we would thoroughly recommend this tour to everyone.

Everything was catered for and our Tour Director was brilliant. The accommodation was better than I expected for the cost.

This was a wonderful holiday and was enjoyed very much. Terrific tour director and driver, lots of information and knowledge, saw a lot in a short space of time. Bob and I could find no fault whatsoever with our tour or our bookings. It was all so wonderful. We can't say what was best as it was all excellent. We really believe everyone should go on this tour. The tour was excellent! Everything went smoothly and it was the trip of a lifetime. The only negative would be lack of legroom in the coach. Every experience was fantastic and so well organised. We will be recommending this tour to our family and friends. Kind regards Cherie Rist

The tour was wonderful and our tour director, Daren Xavier Blake, was excellent. He was extremely warm, friendly and great fun.

Our tour with Trafalgar was very good, it was a bit hectic but it covered many famous places and scenic places. The tour director Mike Kobrak did excellent job considering the number of people on the tour and the large crowds at many famous places. I had no need to contact Global Journeys with any problems either before we went away or on tour so I will have to give you a score of 10 out of 10. Our Tour was well planned and we saw many wonderful sites and learnt about the history of the beautiful country we visited. We had a wonderful time - just getting over jet lag now! We couldn't fault Trafalgar at all - everything ran smoothly and we were amazed at how well organised everything was! The trip was good and interesting. Air conditioning not very good in some hotels - i.e. Berlin which was a little uncomfortable. Too little time in Stockholm and Helsinki. Poland and Russia were fantastic.

Tour was excellent value for money having in mind this was a CostSaver tour. Alan, our Tour Director was very professional and knowledgeable. Dave's driving skills were excellent and he manouvred the coach in a very skillful manner into very tight parking spots. Bruce and myself had a great trip although a little hectic at times. Lucian our tour director was very helpful and nothing was any trouble to him as was also our driver Guiseppi. We loved the cruise in the middle of the tour which was very relaxing. Everybody on the tour was friendly. We enjoyed the whole tour immensely and would recommend it.
