The tour is all about history: history of jazz, blues and rock and roll, the history of slavery and the civil rights movement, and the history of certain events which impacted the local areas. Even though the group was large, it didn't feel like it. We were all able to pursue our own interests when not together as a group. It was nice to be wandering ...read more the streets and come across someone you knew from the group and stop for a chat. Our tour guide, Kris, was excellent! I loved how she had chosen DVDs for the bus rides of local characters and events which enhanced our understanding of what we would be seeing. I'm already planning my trip for 2014!

Excellent tour. We did all the activities I was interested in. As well as free time to explore on your own. Tour guide was brilliant.

We loved the price, the tour director, the hotels and the scenery. What more could you ask for. I would travel Cosmos anytime and I have travelled with all the elite tour companies. This one was the best so far.

Very well organised. Planes on time and connections no problem. Hotels well appointed and located. Highly reccomended. Tour guide and bus driver were both a sheer delight. Lots of fun and time to sight see at own leiusure. Don't book anywhere else.
