The tour director was excellent and so was the coach driver. Felt very safe. Only negative was that some of the hotels were very far from the venues and took a lot of time getting to and from them and the hotel in Switzerland was not the standard of every other hotels we stayed at.

From the coach to the tour director to accommodation to tours and our extra tours, we found everything very comfortable and exciting. We are looking forward to booking our next tour with you & travelling with Cosmos.

We enjoyed the trip and its definitely an overview of Europe. So much to see and very little time. We found the hotels very average and definitely room for improvement in hotel location which we believe are quite far from the city. The excursions are good but very expensive. Definitely will go back to Europe for holidays in the future.

The tour seemed great value and by including most of the optional excursions we kept busy and saw many wonderful sights. A cultural issue occurred due to the mix of nationalities, but the Tour Director took it in her stride and handled it smoothly and professionally. From the beginning through to the end of our tour, we felt comfortable and secure. Our tour was organized without feeling rushed, the mix of other travelers on the coach was fantastic. This was my first trip abroad, wouldn't have experienced or seen so much had I went with my first thoughts of traveling independently. Everything was sorted for us, never had the worry of carting luggage or wondering where we were going to sleep. I particularly enjoyed some of the out of the main center hotels as after visiting these interesting yet sometimes crowed centers were exhausting. Returning to the not so busy suburbs relaxing in local restaurants or having an evening drink in local cafe's was all part of the experience. Thanks again.

Good mixture of people. Excellent tour Guide - Leo Zaal. Hotel accommodation and location could have been a little better. Food was average. Would definitely do another Cosmos tour, perhaps a longer tour.

The tour was very busy but it was the only way we could see so much in a short space of time. The tour director was very knowledgeable and was able to provide some good advice. No complaints with the accommodation, all the rooms were clean and comfortable.

From the first moment I emailed Global Journeys about the Wonders of Europe tour by Cosmos I knew I had made the right choice, all my questions, no matter how silly, where quickly and pleasantly answered. Made some great friends as the other tour goers where from all parts of the world (USA, England, NZ, Asia) and all different age groups. Hotels where very basic and sometimes quite far from the city centre. Overall had a great time and would recommend to anyone wanting a glance at Europe on a budget. I would travel with Cosmos again and will definitely be booking again through Global Journeys.

The trip was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed the coach and the tour director with his enormous wealth of information. The driver was extremely careful and mindful of his passengers. The hotels were all not up to standard. Some of them were a little far out of town. They were small and did not have quite the facilities that you would find in most hotels. ...read more But they were clean and were fairly comfortable. The breakfasts varied from hotel to hotel. Some of the hotels provided very basic continental breakfasts while others were quite generous in their display and servings. The local tour guides were adequate except the one in Paris. She was excellent. But all in all - I would travel Cosmos again. The price was good and the timing suited us perfectly.

Georgie was wonderful and helpful in booking our tour - she answered my millions of questions happily. We travelled with Cosmos on the Best of Europe tour for 19 days. Our huge disappointment on our tour was missing the Sistine Chapel, we chose this tour because this was included as an optional tour. We chose between seeing the Sistine chapel and Pompei ...read more (on a different tour). We along with everyone on our tour were dismayed and cross at not being let know before booking our tour that this would not be available as Italy had a public holiday! It would be a public holiday at the same time every year and Cosmos would know this and should divulge that it would be unavailable before booking! Grrrr!

Also due to this holiday we could not see David in Florence....everything shut! It was also printed in our personal brochure that the Sistine Chapel would be an optional tour. So not grumpy with Global journeys at all, but maybe make a note in the diary to let other travellers know that the public holiday in Italy is on at that time and will affect tour operators and things they offer so no one else has to travel around the world to see the Sistine chapel shut. Otherwise everything was great, great driver Carlos and we had fun and the Cosmos tour was a wonderful way to see heaps and pack in the sights in a very short amount of time. Trip of a life time!
