We had a great tour group, with everyone being punctual and considerate. On reflection we were all at a bit of a loose end, once the ferry reached Calais, not knowing where we were to assemble and meet up with our tour guide, but after disembarking everything fell into place. The only suggestion for improvement or variety on the trip as discussed by several on the trip was to have made the return journey to London via train, sorry not sure of the official name. Accommodation throughout the tour was good and meals supplied adequate. We would choose to travel as part of a tour group in the future at some stage.

Our tour guide Gordana was just brilliant so informative and couldn't do enough to make everything right for us. Was disappointing though in the aspect that arrival at some places was in dark so didn't get to properly visit or see the actual city. Would like to do a more leisurely tour in the future. This is our first time to join Cosmos tour. As this is our first time to visit Europe, it was really a good value for money. Our tour director is very helpful in every way. He had given us all the information needed in every place that we have been. He had suggested the best place for shopping and reasonable price to eat lunch at reasonable price ...read more but the food are most of the time fantastic. Our driver was very helpful as well. I would strongly recommend a Cosmos tour especially for first timer. If I will have the chance to visit Europe again, I will surely use Cosmos again.

I had the most wonderful time, our tour director Adam van der Heijden was a very informative director with lots of local knowledge. He had everyone's well being at heart. We had the experience of one of our travelling companions becoming very ill, Adam handled that with great care and concern we were very impressed. We had a great time till Mum got ill and we had to leave the tour, but the service & help we received from your company was over and above what was expected.

This is my first time with Cosmos via Global Journeys, we were very impressed. I would definitely do it again. Oh my gosh, it was fantastic! I had such a great time - the tour group was great, the sights were amazing, the Bernina Express was a highlight of the trip, as was being pulled up on stage to play the Swiss Alp Horn - really fun by the way, and it was just great to get away, and see countries that I hadn't seen yet.
