Awake to views of one of the Danube's most enchanting cities this morning. Disembark and learn the vibrant history of Budapest as your local guide takes you to a host of impressive sights. Afterwards, get into the festive spirit with a visit to one of the city's charming Christmas markets. Back on board this evening, enjoy a delightful Gala Welcome Dinner while you cruise. (B/L/D)
Take in Vienna's Ringstrasse, plus enjoy a visit to St Stephen's Cathedral. Afterwards, wander through the Christmas markets and perhaps pick up a souvenir or two. As the scent of mulled wine and gingerbread fills the wintry air, you'll come to realise that the festive season in Europe is nothing short of magical. (B/L/D)
Disembark in the town of Dürnstein, where you may wish to walk up to the hilltop ruins of the castle where King Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned. Later, cruise through the scenic Wachau Valley to Melk. Take a tour through Melk Abbey, an active Benedictine monastery since 1089. (B/L/D)
Perhaps join an optional tour to Salzburg or Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic. Alternatively, stay on board and enjoy a relaxing sailing day to Passau.

Enhance Your Journey - Český Krumlov Enjoy a fascinating day excursion to the city of Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic, home to more than 300 historical buildings.
Enhance Your Journey - Salzburg Sights Take a trip through the stunning scenery of Austria. Visit Mondsee, where you may recognise the famous Wedding Church from ‘The Sound of Music'. Continue to Salzburg and be guided through the town Mozart called home. Enjoy some free time to explore explore at your leisure before returning to your ship.
Continue along the Danube River to Regensburg, located in the southern region of the Bavarian Forest. Here, wander along its cobblestone lanes, taking a journey through the ages as you explore the historic streets, medieval buildings and cultural sites on your guided walking tour.
This evening, enjoy a Captain's Farewell Dinner. (B/L/D)
Take a city tour this afternoon, which includes sights such as the Zeppelin Field and the Palace of Justice. Afterwards explore Nuremberg further at leisure. (B/L/D)
After breakfast today, disembark your ship in Nuremberg and be transferred to the airport in Munich for your onward flight. (B)
