Itinerary

Departs: 4:00 PM

There are two dedicated cruise passenger terminals - the White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay in the city centre. This is your opportunity to marvel at Australia’s famous icons, the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge as you glide past The Heads - the dramatic sandstone cliffs at the entrance of the harbour.

Seafood lovers, rejoice! Chef Rudi Sodamin, head of culinary arts, created a restaurant that’s just for you - The Catch, by Rudi. It’s a celebration of our connection with the sea, featuring a menu with everything from broils to bakes to bisques. Choose from seasonal dishes made with local ingredients (and love), a catch of the day, lobster, and a raw seafood bar.

Arrives: 7:00 AM Departs: 5:00 PM

Melbourne’s vibrant character shines through its eclectic mix of architecture, culture, and green spaces. Stroll through Federation Square, where contemporary art and historic buildings collide, or explore the street art in hidden laneways like Hosier Lane. For a taste of local flavors, the Queen Victoria Market offers fresh produce and handmade goods. Don’t miss the Royal Botanic Gardens, a peaceful escape near the city’s core.

Even if you’re not sailing to Naples (this time), you can still enjoy one of their greatest contributions to the culinary world. Alfredo’s / Gigi’s Pizzeria serves up certified authentic Neapolitan pizza made to order from scratch in a cheery restaurant named after our very own executive chef and inspired by the colors and landscapes of the Amalfi coast.

Arrives: 8:00 AM Departs: 6:00 PM

Kangaroo Island is home to dramatic coastal cliffs, lush eucalyptus forests, rolling green hills and gorgeous beaches. It is a wildlife sanctuary where you get the unique opportunity to see an amazing range of animals up-close in their local habitat. Ships will anchor offshore and tenders will be provided to the pier.

Top Things to Do in Kangaroo Island:

  • join an ocean cruise along the wild Kangaroo Island coastline
  • spot sea lions at Seal Bay
  • enjoy a wine tasting at Cape Willoughby
  • explore Flinders Chase National Park

Arrives: 7:00 AM Departs: 6:00 PM

Adelaide combines the charm of a picturesque country town with lively cosmopolitan offerings. Downtown is compact and easily walkable, with wide, tree-lined boulevards, superb Victorian and Edwardian architecture, tranquil parks and the highest number of restaurants per capita of any city in Australia. Ships will dock at the Outer Harbor of Port Adelaide.

Top Things to Do in Adelaide:

  • visit a Barossa Valley winery
  • spend time in Historic Hahndorf
  • take a Spirit Of The Coorong Cruise
  • visit the Adelaide Central Market

Arrives: 8:00 AM Departs: 6:00 PM

Nestled within sheltered Boston Bay, the largest natural harbour in Australia, Port Lincoln is the gateway to over 148,000 acres of natural parks. Not only a beautiful township, Port Lincoln makes an ideal base from where to explore the coast and experience Eyre Peninsula first hand. Ships will dock at the cruise terminal.

Top Things to Do in Port Lincoln:

  • explore Coffin Bay National Park
  • enjoy a tour and tasting at the Coffin Bay Oyster Farm
  • take in the view at Winters Hill lookout
  • visit the Lincoln Estate winery

Love Sabatini’s? (Or really good Italian dinners?) You’ll be happy to hear this popular specialty restaurant has returned to its roots. Think traditional Italian comfort cuisine. Our new menu embraces the old: tried-and-true family recipes our chefs brought with them from Italy, plus exquisite Italian wines and cocktails. You can even enjoy some shareable plates exclusively at Sabatini’s Trattoria.

Arrives: 7:00 AM Departs: 11:00 PM

Tasmania's capital is a charming little city that blends natural beauty with a rich maritime history. Start at the bustling Salamanca Place, home to galleries, cafés, and the famous Salamanca Market on Saturdays. A short drive takes you to Mount Wellington, offering panoramic views of the city and beyond. The waterfront is perfect for sampling fresh seafood, especially at Constitution Dock, where fishing boats unload their daily catch. Ships dock at Macquarie Wharf.

Arrives: 7:00 AM Departs: 5:00 PM

Port Arthur, once a notorious penal colony, now offers a fascinating glimpse into Australia’s convict past. Nestled on the Tasman Peninsula, this UNESCO World Heritage Site features well-preserved ruins, including the eerie Separate Prison and the grand Commandant’s House. Visitors can also take a harbor cruise to the Isle of the Dead, where prisoners and staff were buried, providing further insight into this hauntingly beautiful historical site.

Named for Ireland’s legendary pirate queen Grace O’Malley, O’Malley’s has everything you need for a traditional Irish pub: great food, great drinks, lively music, a welcoming atmosphere… and craic! O’Malley’s is the perfect spot for celebrating with the whole family or cheering on your team over a Dubliner Burger.

Arrives: 6:00 AM

Ships arriving into Sydney typically dock at Circular Quay, or the White Bay Cruise Terminal, slightly farther west. From Circular Quay, you can easily access the iconic Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. Public transport options include trains, buses, and ferries. White Bay passengers can take a shuttle or taxi to reach key attractions like Darling Harbour and The Rocks, known for their shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Lovely New Zealand 0 , NSW, Australia, Jan 2026
Cruise around NZ organized by Grace at Global.. She's knowledgeable and efficient. Our cruise was relaxing and interesting. Princess cruise. Unfortunately we didn't get to Tauranga because of weather and the port was closed , so we didn't get to the hot springs of Rotarua. Fiords were magnificent and other optional tours interesting.
13 Nights to Fiji on Discovery Princess   0 , NSW, Australia, Jan 2026
We sailed from Sydney early in January 2026, bound for Fiji which we had not sailed to before, nor had we sailed upon the Discovery Princess. As with the Royal Princess, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful in any situation. The food on board was fabulous, particularly in the main dining rooms. As always the upper deck (bistro) eatery read more was always busy, but the variety of food was amazing. I was surprised to find more entertainment options around the ship and we were lucky enough to have had an Irish Duo singing in the Irish Pub. Rory and Roisin were fantasic. We sailed into Suva and Lautoka and did a self guided walk around these towns. Our third stop at Denarau Island was cancelled due to berthing issues at this location, but this was quickly changed to Mystery Island (Inyeug Island) which is part of Vanuatu. This was a gorgeous stop and was a great alternative. The island is only 1.5km long by 200m wide, so was fairly busy with a few thousand tourist lobbing there. Back on the ship for the trip home, I found the Retreat (over 18's only), which had a nice - if shallow plunge pool. Overall, a very enjoyable trip, made even better with meeting great people. Cheers

The service I received was excellent. The boat is divine. The ports aren't that interesting, they're more like abandoned villages.
