Adventures in Turkey   1 , ACT, Australia, Sep 2025
G Adventures certainly fulfilled a lot of places on our bucket list, hot air ballooning Cappadocia, cascade pools at Pamukkale, Anzac cove to name just a few. It was non stop, lots of walking, and not a lot of downtime. All in all It was good value and our guide was very knowledgeable. Home stay was fantastic, there were five bedrooms, and 15 guests, read more the food was very very good, only downside was no showering, but two toilets 1 western and one squat. Plenty of comfort stops about every 1.5-2 hrs. Hotels were Ok usually small rooms, some did not have a lift.

The bus, was a Mercedes Benz Sprinter, with 15 seats and fifteen passengers, it was a very tight fit, the seats were not terribly comfortable, my advice is take a small thin cushion. Would we do it again, maybe/maybe not, these were our own personal thoughts nothing to do with the company, just our own take on an organised tour. We thought it was very good value for the price we paid. Would have preferred a more comfortable ride.
Excellent overview of a fascinating country 1 , QLD, Australia, May 2025
We loved the tour run by G Adventures. Very pleased we did the 2 week tour rather than a shorter tour as there is so much to see and experience. Accommodation was modest but safe and adequate, transportation in a dedicated minibus was excellent. As on other G Adventures tours, the other participants were very compatible from a range of nationalities. read more We were thrilled with the tour and commend it to others.

My first time doing a tour and expectations were exceeded! Our CEO Orçun was just incredible and you could tell he really loves what he does. It was such a treat being chauffeured from place to place and took all of the stress out of it. Thank you for making this such a dream.
Absolute Turkey   1 , QLD, Australia, Sep 2019
Apart from no transfer on arrival, the trip was amazing. We had the best tour leader who always had our best interests at heart. The pace was pretty full on but I enjoyed the variety of accommodation, that the accommodation was so close to the centre of each town. The optional tours were very good as well. Turkey took a piece of my heart I fully fell read more in love with Turkey, the food, the people, the history was amazing.
18 day Absolute Turkey   2 , Australia, Sep 2019
I was amazed with Turkey and the people. The tour leader Zafer was studying classics and his knowledge of the history of Turkey was fantastic, together with the driver Villi they made our tour something to be remembered. G Adventures are professional and very safety conscious. I was also impressed by the projects they put back into the community. My read more highlight was hot air ballooning over Cappadocia and the township of Avanos where we stayed at the hotel Sofia which is very quirky and enjoyable. Ephesus was also a moving experience along with Gallipoli. There was 13 people which was enjoyable and the age ranged from 22 - 81 which added a lot of colour and fun to this tour.
