You may wish to explore Stanley Park, where forested trails, waterfront views and intricately carved totem poles offer a sense of the city's natural and cultural character. Or wander through Gastown, the oldest neighbourhood in Vancouver, known for its cobblestone streets, Victorian architecture and famous steam clock. Alternatively, perhaps visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where the bridge hangs 70 metres above the Capilano River. Any activities you choose today will be unguided and at your own expense.
