Arrive at any time. This evening, enjoy a traditional South African braai (barbecue) with your fellow travellers. (D)
This morning, head out on a walking tour of Cape Town, led by your CEO. Explore the city's rich history, visit iconic landmarks, and try some of South Africa's best on-the-go bites. The city is vibrant and loud; walk down Long Street and get a feel for the eclectic style of the Capetonians. Finish at a local pub and enjoy a tasting of craft beers. After, head to the waterfront to grab your bike and cycle alongside the sea; get that salty air in your face and breathe it in. Stop and admire contemporary art, and finish your ride at Sea Point. Ditch the bike and choose to stay to hear some local music. (B)
Start your morning with the best view of the city, taking the Cable Car up to the top of Table Mountain. The views are spectacular and your CEO will take you to explore the top of the mountain. Continue to the seaside town of Hout Bay for a short walk and some free time time to grab a bite to eat. Fish and Chips anyone? Linger over lunch, or carry on exploring by foot, the remaining few hours of the day are yours to enjoy at leisure. For travellers continuing on to another G Adventures tour, your CEO will help facilitate the joining of the new group starting in the evening. (B)
