Watch the fading golden sun stretch across the winding ramparts and capture brag-worthy photos of the iconic, unrestored sections against twilight skies. Spanning over 6,000 km west from the mountains north of Beijing, this monumental piece of engineering—once built to shield ancient dynasties from northern tribes—stands as one of China's most breathtaking evening sights.
