We have just returned from our trip to the Canadian Rockies and Alaskan Inner Passage cruise. It was amazing and met all our expectations. A must do for everyone if possible.

Great trip booked by Georgie Walpole. Enjoy booking with Georgie and Global Journeys. Both Western Canada and Alaska are so beautiful. Weather was great. Only rained for less than one hour for the whole trip. I will definitely book future tours with Travelmarvel. No complaints about the tour director, coach driver and cruise liaison - all great and read more very helpful and accommodating. Only issue is the cruise ship - Volendam cabins require updating. Cabin carpets are old and dirty.
We had the most wonderful holiday Rachael McSorley from Global Journeys was a blessing she was so helpful with booking and organising our river cruise with Travel Marvel. Cruising down the Danube was a dream come true and the ship and staff did not disappoint. The tours and food were amazing. We will definitely use Global Journeys and Travelmarvel again in the future.
Everything we hoped it would be, the boat and staff/service were first class. We were so lucky with the weather which helps but also the cities and towns visited were wonderful.
Everything about this trip was truely incredible. The guide was a wealth of knowledge and super friendly. The accommodation was above and beyond expectation (in most cases) the meals that were included, the food was fantastic (except for the place in Whistler that stuffed up the breakfast boxes to go). Canada is the place to go! xx

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. Rachael McSorley, our Travel Advisor at Global Journeys was efficient, professional and so helpful. Lezlie and Sue, the guides and John, our coach Driver, were fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional, organized and lovely people. The scenery was magnificent, the Rocky Mountaineer train was absolutely fantastic, read more the meals and accommodation were great and the fellow travellers really nice! The cruise was beautiful, the staff onboard especially Osman and Adam who serviced our stateroom, were excellent and very friendly and capable. A great experience overall!

Our tour was packed with adventure. So much to see and do. The accommodation was was very nice. Breakfast s was delicious. The only let down was when we arrived at Victoria our first day, there was no one to greet us . So l had to arrange a taxi.
Our bus driver Gil was very accommodating. Yes we would travel again with Travelmarvel and you Georgie read more Walpole were very helpful while we were filling in our paperwork. Thank you again for your patience. We have some beautiful and amazing memories of our holiday adventure.

Our trip to Canada and Alaska with Travelmarvel was fantastic. Jaqi our group leader was great, so knowledgeable and lots of fun. Our group of 40 were all lovely and fun to be with. Everything was just perfect. There was so much to do and experience. The food was wonderful, the Canadian people are so happy and friendly. I can honestly recommend this read more trip. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole trip ran so smoothly. Thank you Global Journeys and Georgie for organising it all for us.

A wonderful one-week trip through the beautiful North Island of New Zealand. We came away wanting more. Our tour leader, Fernando, and coach driver, Matt, were capable and caring throughout. Matt did a terrific job driving us through flooded roads from the Bay of Islands to Auckland.
Highlights were our visits to the Waitangi Treaty Site, the Hobbiton read more Movie Set, and the Te Puia Maori cultural experience. Included meals were consistently good; however, stops for lunch "on your own" that left us with too little time to find a good meal in unknown small towns were rather disappointing. Hotels were clean, and had friendly staff, but were not the best -- bathrooms in particular had too little space and were not well designed.

To say our trip to Canada and Alaska was amazing is an under statement. It was a trip that included everything you could think of plus more. Waking up to a Niagara falls sunrise view from our room was just breathtaking, as per our attached photo. Our tour guide Lezlie, on the east coast was excellent. Our tour guide Zac on west coast and Alaska was read more nothing less than amazing. His knowledge and compassion for the country and the environment is second to none. Also his care and concern for our group was always evident, thank you Zac. Also Georgie from Global Journeys was very helpful and arranged everything as I requested, thank you Georgie. We would not hesitate to use Global Journeys, or travel with Travelmarvel again.
Overall a good trip. It was out of season for Switzerland but a couple of the stops were not too interesting as we really had to wonder around for a couple of hours with nothing much to do, particularly on one Sunday when the place we visited was a bit desolate.
We were very happy with the tour and everything went smoothly. The accommodation, meals and sightseeing were great and our driver and tour director were excellent and gave us lots of information about the areas we were travelling through and also the history. Western Australia is so vast that we would never cover the distances that we did on the tour read more by ourselves. Also we were very impressed with how clean and well kept every city and town - no graffiti anywhere! The highlights were Monkey Mai, Pinnacles Desert and Wave Rock. We would have liked to spend more time in Margaret River. We would definitely travel with Travelmarvel again and book through Global Journeys. And thank you Jemma for all your good work with the bookings as everything worked out perfectly!
More than a relaxing holiday 2

This was a birthday gift for my husband 60th birthday. I fretted and worried that it would be an OTT organised activity trip which he hated...BUT was so pleasantly surprised at how stress free and optional it all was. The tour leader Andrew was fab. The staff superb.

The whole trip was excellent. I have nothing bad to say. The accommodation was great, the food was to die for and the trips where good. Our cabin on the ship was lovely and in fact the whole ship was great. Crew were also excellent.
So glad we chose Travelmarvel's European Gems cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest for our first trip after covid restrictions for the past three years. We sailed on the Polaris, a brand new ship which was modern and tastefully furnished. The staff and crew worked very hard throughout the cruise and were very friendly and eager to please. The cruise director, read more Andrew, was always available and approachable and he made sure everyone was informed about each day's tours and activities. The food and drinks were of a high standard and plentiful. We were looked after in every way and felt very special indeed. There were so many lovely passengers on board and we enjoyed their company very much. We saw some amazing places and were thrilled that it also snowed for some of the cruise. Of course, being December, the Christmas markets didn't disappoint either. A big thankyou to Georgie from Global Journeys who always makes booking so easy and stress free and Travelmarvel for a wonderful cruise that was everything we could have hoped for.

Great trip with the "A" Team as Guide and Driver! The Guide was a born and bred Taswegian with a real passion for the Island and as such had so much to pass on in terms of value add! I was taken by the diversity of vegetation the climate, the ingenuity and of course the history of such places as Port Arthur.

We had the most wonderful time and made many friends during the cruise and exchanged addresses. Also, a special thanks to Singapore Airlines for the wonderful way they looked after us. The cabin crew were out of this world. Also thank you Racheal for your work in organising this trip as everything went to plan. Will certainly recommend you to anyone read more interested in a river cruise through Europe.
I had an amazing trip. The crew and staff were fantastic always smiling, nothing was to much trouble. The tour guide was fantastic on the ball for every little detail. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Weather was good in October. Lots of lakes, rivers & babbling brooks similar to Aistria & Switzerland without the longhaul flights and the crowds. A pristine environment. The tour guide Danny and bus driver Gary were a formidable team who delivered on all levels. The accommodation lived up to Travelmarvel's high stanard. The tour group was friendly read more and inclusive. We had a great holiday. I would book through Global Journeys again. Jemma was wonderful and the online communication system was efficient and convenient.
