Travelmarvel tour director, driver, coach, accommodation and meals were all good. There are some early starts and long days on the road, due to the distances between highlights. Global Journeys timely and professional involvement was much appreciated.

This tour covers a lot of distance in a very short time and it turned out to be the wrong tour for us. Our accommodation was very comfortable and our fellow passengers were all very friendly. The places we saw were all of interest but we never had enough time to really take them in. We spent far too much time sitting on the coach as we covered 400-500 ...read more km a day and not enough time at places of interest.

The highlights for us were the museum at New Norcia, Shark Bay, and the Pinnacles. We were looking forward to seeing wildflowers at Kalbarri National Park as it was one of the main reasons for choosing this tour. It was extremely disappointing that the coach did not stop for a short time for us to walk in the bush and have a closer look at the flowers. Seeing wildflowers through the coach window as you drive past at 100 km/hr does not do them justice. I could not recommend this tour for anyone who would like to see and learn more about wildflowers.

The only two complaints are when in Monkey Mia one of our meals was not up to standard. We were promised a delicious seafood platter, but what we got was not that great. The other was the so called ...read more 'sunset cruise' we were taken out on a catamaran which had a broken sail, (it was away being repaired) so the motors were used and then we were just drifting for half a hour. We just sat there waiting for the sunset. When the sun did start to set the motors were powered and we were taken back to shore. We saw some wonderful places in these 5 days. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, except it should be done at the right time of the year.
