Equally our Global Journeys booking process was comprehensive and easy to follow by providing step by step electronic information which never failed. All in all our holiday was brilliant, Grand Pacific truly know how to look after their customers and seem to maintain the highest level of service that you could expect in New Zealand. I think that the secret of their success it that they stick to their NZ market rather than spreading themselves thinly by dabbling in other countries. All of their partners such as hotels, venues and activity providers on the itinerary treated us with priority over other tour companies throughout the trip. I could go on and on as we feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across the Global Journeys website when researching a holiday in NZ and further more we couldn't have achieved anywhere near as much by hiring a car and going our own way.

I had a wonderful holiday and every aspect of it was first class. The highlight for me was the 6-hour Dart River Wilderness Safari but all inclusions and other optionals were also excellent. Enjoyed our trip, Tour Guides excellent, accommodation top class, tour pace a little hectic, however if you want to see all the attractions then you have to expect this. Overall would recommend.

My husband and I did this trip in April 2015 and both had a wonderful time. There wasn't a day when we felt disappointed at what we saw or where we were taken. Grand Pacific coaches were very comfortable and clean. The tour drivers were professional, knowledgeable and both had a great sense of humour. My highlight was going on the helicopter over Franz Josef Glacier, and landing on the snow. The pilot did not give us any commentary though which spoiled it a bit. The mountains were beautiful and the Maori Haka was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our tour. Everything ran smoothly and both our Coach Captains were very professional and informative. All venues were very good and the optional extras enjoyable. Thank you Georgie at Global Journeys for your help in booking our trip.

We the travellers are seniors & in future trips good to have a free day in Dunedin just like in Queenstown. This way we can recover/relax as well. It may worth considering as practically all of us felt it was a full on 7 days. Otherwise the trip was perfect & we are glad that we made the trip.

A wonderful tour which gives you a great taste for New Zealand, and all the fantastic sights and delights on offer. A great taster tour, leaving you with the appetite to return. If you get the opportunity to have a couple of hours rest and you are feeling weary, take the rest, you will enjoy everything so much more. Coaches were comfortable, clean and the accommodation was very well located.

Bay of Islands was the highlight of the tour and not to be missed! Great location. Other accommodation was basic. Wi fi was expensive after the initial offer and slow to download! Strange sheet policy in New Zealand, no ironing, beds looked unclean???? Good mix of people but joining the group halfway through the tour seemed a disadvantage. Some very interesting museums etc, places you might not thought of visiting were included! We liked the natural, ruggedness of the North Island but as everyone on the tour said the South Island was the best we should like to return to see for ourselves and take advantage of your offer in the near future.
