Accommodation was great, The coach was comfortable and always clean the coach driver was very informative, safe and caring. I will definitely book with Global Journeys again for my next holiday and I recommend grand pacific.

Be prepared for lots of early mornings. We had a good mix of people. Our coach driver on South Island said we were the best group ever. We would definitely book again with Global Journeys. Very professional nothing to much trouble.

I joined Grand Pacific Tours for a 16 day Affordable Highlights tour in March/ April 2016. So too was Kevin our driver/tour leader in the North Island. He too was excellent, always on time & imparted a wealth of knowledge on the history of the places visited. Driving through the South Island is one picture perfect moment after another with exquisite scenery, amazingly high mountains & stunning fiords. The tour included cruising on the Milford Sound & also The Bay of Islands both of which were simply awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed this trip, travelled with a great bunch of people, stayed in great accommodation & enjoyed the bountiful meals included. All in all a great trip & highly recommended.

The tour was excellent, very professional guides. All very good hotels, food, drivers and the fellow travellers.

My highlight was going on the helicopter over Franz Josef Glacier, and landing on the snow. The pilot did not give us any commentary though which spoiled it a bit. The mountains were beautiful and the Maori Haka was fantastic.

A wonderful tour which gives you a great taste for New Zealand, and all the fantastic sights and delights on offer. A great taster tour, leaving you with the appetite to return. If you get the opportunity to have a couple of hours rest and you are feeling weary, take the rest, you will enjoy everything so much more. Coaches were comfortable, clean and the accommodation was very well located.

The tour organisation on ground in NZ was extremely good - accommodation, meals and the bus driver/ tour guide were all excellent. Even when the weather prevented the listed events (Bay of Island, remnants of Cyclone Ida) the bus driver with extensive local knowledge was prepared to work on his day off providing a tour of the local area which was excellent. ...read more We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a taster of both islands of New Zealand.

I enjoyed everything on my holiday. There were many things I loved - too many to itemize. The trip was so well organised. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I found the coach drivers were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The only thing I thought that let the tour down was the Fox Glacier accommodation & evening meal. On the whole though I thoroughly enjoyed the tour regardless of the few hiccups.

We loved the tour. The people on the coach were great and the whole experience very good. We thought Grand Pacific were excellent, everything was arranged very well. The food and accommodation all good although Fox Glacier wasn't the best. In saying that the food was very good and the hotel was clean and tidy it was just the rooms were a bit down.

We both had a great time. We found it good value for money and we experienced no problems, from the time we landed where we were met at the airport and it all flowed smoothly from then on. We loved the mountains with their snow capped peaks, the countryside views and all the cultural shows. We had a great time and fell in love with NZ! Overall, we were really happy with the tour we did. We didn't realise at the time we booked and paid that it was a 'seniors' tour, but I think we prefer this type of tour. Everybody in the group got along really well and we had lots of laughs and feel that we made some friends that we will stay in touch ...read more with. Our favourite part was probably the South Island. We realised pretty quickly that you can only describe that part of the country using 'big' words like majestic, spectacular, stunning etc. We also did lots of optional activities and have some great experiences and memories. Even though it was a senior's tour, you can engage with activities to suit any age/level. The tour itself was well organised, both coach captains were very knowledgeable and had a wealth of information about every aspect of the country. The food was also great and most of the accommodation was okay too.

The tour was wonderful. New Zealand is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Our driver was great and it was nice to have him for both parts of our trip. The food was good and my only complaint was too many roast buffets. Overall I would give the tour a 10/10.

My husband & I, together with my brother & sister in law (from New South Wales) and two friends from Melbourne, decided to do the tour together, we joined the rest of the group in Christchurch. In the North Island, we met Eric, our driver/guide, who did an excellent job as well. The only disappointment was at the Ibis Hotel in Wellington which did not compare to any other hotels we stayed. We did inform the Manager at the Farewell dinner, otherwise we had a great time and will recommend the tour to our friends and relatives.
