We really enjoyed the tour with our lovely and experienced driver, knowledgeable and wonderful tour director, and beautiful tour companions. Overall, we had a fantastic time and enjoyed every single day of the trip.

From booking to finishing our tour experience was great. Madeline from Global Journeys looked after our booking with timely advice and reminders. The tour pace was comfortable and tour director Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodation was reasonably good except at Banff. Wish the tour included daily breakfast and at least one farewell dinner at the end.
The trip was excellent in terms of content and delivered in terms of what we were expecting. Jemma was brilliant in assisting us with our bookings and made the whole process was seamless. Overall we would definitely book again with Global Journeys for another tour.
I really liked and enjoyed every single day of the tour. We were lucky to have such a wonderful and experienced driver as well as a lovely tour director. We had a beautiful group of travellers which made our experience even more delightful. Special thanks to Jemma for organising our trip.
Really enjoyed the trip. Norway is just breathtaking, it's like a postcard. Oslo is very vibrant, Stockholm is also very beautiful. Scandinavia is going cash free, so make sure you have a credit/debit card with PIN. Sweden is a good place for shopping, much cheaper than in Norway. Admission is free for kids under 18yo at Vasa Museum (Stockholm) but read more the optional tour will charge you full price. You can buy a ticket at 7/11 and catch the tram behind the Central Station to the museum. Entry to the museum costs 12 euro ($19 AUD) - no queue at all. The hotel in Bergen is in a very good location, It's only 8 min walk to The Fløibanen funicular where you pay $8AUD/one way to go up the mountain and you can wander around at your leisure with a fraction of the price listed in the optional tour. I even found a beautiful lake up there which the people who went on optional tour didn't have time to see.
We had a fantastic time! The tour was really well organised. Our tour director, Greg, was great - always friendly, helpful and full of information. The hotels were clean and well situated. Saw a lot of amazing places in the 12 days. Thank you for the wonderful trip Greg, Costsaver and Global Journeys! Highly recommend Costsaver and Trafalgar.
Overall a very good tour. Coverage of a number of countries and main cities within 12 days is excellent. Tour director and driver looked after us very well.
I had a good time on this trip. The tour director Christian is excellent. The bus driver Jamie is too good. Everyone on this tour is very friendly. The Scotland and Ireland scenery are very beautiful. Day by day every thing ran smoothly and there was plenty of joy. Thanks Jemma and Global Journeys for arranging this trip for me. The tour was well organised, good itinerary, helpful tour guide and hotels were comfortable. The group was a mix of couples, families and singles and they came from many different countries. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour at reasonable price.
Overall the tour was very good. All the passengers got on well and the tour guide, Peter Brown was excellent making sure everyone was accounted for and all our bags. Full of knowledge and a few stories, intertwined by corny jokes. Most of them I think just to see if we were listening.
The hotels we stayed in were fine. The hotel we stayed in at read more Laggan House I think, was fantastic. In the Scotland Highlands. The itinerary was great. We both loved Scotland. We were lucky that for the whole tour not a bad day climate wise. Definitely will travel with Costsavers in the future.
PS. The driver, Malcom (or Malty) was very good. Always up for a chat and a good driver.

Hotels, breakfast and meals were of a much higher standard than I expected with a Costsaver Tour. Our tour had hotels more central to the places we stayed, first time I believe and a good move by Trafalgar.
Exceptional Tour Guide on Tour, we certainly had the best. Choosing Optional Tours suited me better and I chose to have my own time "doing read more my own thing" and also good to not be always be with a group of people.
There were 45 people, from various countries and culture on the coach. The coach was relatively new with amble leg space and with two exit doors, no problem with exiting quickly. The coach driver was excellent and the coach the next day always immaculate.
I highly recommend this tour with Costsaver as an excellent way to see Scandinavia, especially if you have the great sunny weather we had!

Britain and Ireland Delight

The trip was good overall. I would recommend this tour to a first time visitor who wishes to know more about Britain and Ireland. I enjoyed the trip also because it was well organised. Our tour guide communicated very well and our driver was excellent. The meals which were included were reasonable - you get what you pay for.

This twelve day trip in Europe was an insightful experience in which there were highlights at every single country. For example, the Christmas Markets in Germany, the Swiss Alps in Switzerland and the Eiffel Tower in France, just to name a few. Given the opportunity, I would love to travel with Trafalgar or CostSaver again and would definitely book read more through Global Journeys online a second time.
The accommodation was quite good, most with large, spacious rooms and a clean environment. Travelling to Europe at the end of the year meant that appropriate, warm clothing was essential for the chilly weather, with cool temperatures almost every single day. Our fellow travellers during this journey were all very friendly and everybody got along well with each other. We made many new friends along the way, thus this is a trip where you will definitely not be lonely.
Also, our tour director, Rachel, who was accommodating towards all our needs and showed enthusiasm throughout the trip, and our driver, Kristjan who took us across the nine countries did an amazing job!

Overall you could not have asked for a better managed, professionally led tour. Our Tour Director was absolutely passionate about his job showing us all the places we would ever want to see. At least half of our group were retired and he made sure everyone was safe and looked after at all times. Our driver also is to be commended for getting us around read more safely in at times somewhat trying conditions. The optional extras were well worth the additional cost and the local guides very informative. From our first stop in Amsterdam to our final night at the Moulin Rouge we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this tour.
This was a great tour, with lots packed in and a variety of optional extras. You need a reasonable fitness level because there's lots of walking. The tour guide Tony was very good: funny, friendly and knowledgeable. He was a master at keeping 48 people together and on time! The group was a range of ages and nationalities and we all got on very well. read more We would recommend this tour and would love to go again one day.
It was a very good holiday. We had sunshine and temperatures in the 20s every day except the first. The autumn colours were amazing and most of the places less crowded. We were in Zagreb for Independence Day celebrations and saw lots we wouldn't normally like the guards changing in traditional costume. Three passed us on horses.There were 47 people read more on the coach and they were all really nice people, our guide and driver were the best I have experienced any where. Our guide told us it had been the perfect tour. Once I got over the early starts I enjoyed every minute!
The entire trip is great, the scenery are amazing, the guide is kind and we have a good time. From the booking process with Global Journeys, till the end of the trip, all were done nicely.
The trip was as described in the brochure. Fast paced and interesting sights. Optional extras were a must. Tour director Sophia and driver Tony were fantastic. Also a wonderful bunch of people to have travelled with over the 12 days. So much laughter every day.
