Our local trip manager Jay was exceptional. On top of everything scheduled by Contiki, he went on hikes and local walks with us and he helped everyone get their COVID test before departing home. He truly went above and beyond for anything we needed. I did all of the optional activities except for the dinner on the first night, as I felt 50E was a bit ...read more expensive for one meal. I really appreciated the smaller group size (my group was about 27 people) which led to being able to talk to and get to know every person on the trip. This trip was the perfect mix of history/archeology, relaxing beach days, and party evenings. I wouldn't consider myself a big party person, and I still found it fun to go out in the evenings with the group. This trip was worth every penny, and is already one of my favourite vacations I've been on!

I thought the tour was good and the tour guide had a good knowledge of the history. However, he lacked communication skills and was not open to a lot of things. He seemed to expect everyone to know what he mentioned and didn't have respect for those who didn't understand. He also lacked professionalism.
